I place an order for a butter burger. That is it! When I got to the window to pay I got a ticket added to my window as I had to wait even longer to get my food. They ask you yo park in one of the 7-8 spaces dedicated to waiting for drive thru food. As I pulled forward every space was taken! Even a few parking illegally. When it's not fresh, though, it can be pretty disappointing. The drive-thru experience is actually pretty pleasant. The exterior is clean, the area looks well kept, and the drive-thru setup feels organized, which makes it easier to get in and out without feeling stressed. One thing I didn't expect to like as much as I do is ordering with the AI system. I hate to say it, but working with the AI to place my order has actually been better than dealing with a real person. It's faster, clearer, and my order usually comes out right when I use it. What really gets on my nerves is the dipping sauce situation. I don't mind paying extra for sauce, but charging for extra dipping sauce and then not even putting it in the bag feels like robbery. If you're going to charge for it, make sure it actually makes it into the order. Overall, the food can be really good when it's fresh, the drive-thru area is clean and well maintained, but missing paid extras like sauces makes the experience frustrating.
