Had a mobile order so I walked in to pick it up because it said it was ready. Waiting to be served for several minutes which is completely fine. The manager came out and started talking to the lady beside me because her order must've been messed up. So while she's their I say "Hey, I have a mobile order for **** "" and I saw it sitting right on the counter but I'm not going to reach over and grab it. But she smacks my bag.. yes SMACKS it! And tells me to hold on. Honestly seemed like something out of a movie. She was a heavy set woman with light skin so if anyone comes here just know their manager is extremely unprofessional and unskilled for her job. I ordered a Baja Blast freeze at the speaker box. As I was pulling up I saw the person at the window with a blue raspberry freeze. I asked to make sure that wasn't mine before I paid and she proceeded my card anyway. The manager was at the window already bc she was the one taking the drive thru orders. As they FIXED my order (greatly appreciated) the manager looked at her worker and said she ordered the raspberry which I felt was disrespectful and unprofessional. Why not fix the order without the extra commentary especially when you are wrong. I only ordered one thing and I know what I said. It definitely felt like 2 against one at the window and if I would have received a receipt then I would have done the survey instead of a review. By far the best service I received from this chain in a long time. The young man working the drive thru Sunday night (12/20) was very polite and got my order correct. I had to wait for my food and was asked to pull around which wasn't an issue. My food was hot and fresh and the manager hand delivered it to my car. Then I asked the guy his name and he said they don't give out their names because it's Taco Bell policy. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. Food was pretty good. Except the cold fries. I brought the fries back to the counter and asked for hot fries after explaining to the uninterested employee that my fries were like cold, limp chicken peckers. After waiting ten minutes for them to replace the offending fries, I realized they forgot about my fries. I asked a different employee who seemed to care a bit more about my Taco Bell experience. I went here last week for a quick bite late. The food was not bad at all and my order was accurate, but I had to put up with the typical shenanigans that one may expect for a low-end fast food joint in a sketchy area. I went in and there were 3 people already there. Two people had ordered and one was ordering while I looked at the menu. After I ordered, it took a little while to get the food, so I made some observations: There were two off-duty employees that were loitering there, bothering the staff that was there working. One got some free food and went out to the parking lot. The other came to the front counter and leaned to the left to call out the names of the kitchen staff and get their attention to chit-chat about nothing in particular. One guy received his order but check it and found it was completely wrong. He asked for plain on everything and they gave him the normal toppings that he didn't want. They had to redo his order from scratch. The person that was in front of me got the order and left, but complained that it took too long. The last person was the one that was there the longest. Someone asked him what he was waiting for and he presented his receipt. They had NO IDEA that he was still an outstanding order. This is very pathetic given how few customers there were there. They had to make his order from scratch. The restaurant is not filthy, but feels a bit grimy both indoors and outdoors. I don't feel perfectly safe walking into this place, so I do carry a weapon. Came here because my pregnant wife was craving tacos. After waiting 15 minutes in a drive thru line that was not moving, we decided to go inside. We walked in there a guest waiting, so we waited.
