You never know. It appears to be a mom-and-pop operation, with a businesslike Mom handling the money and an excitable Pop waiting the tables. A Norman Rockwell picture come to life. I had the quarter pound burger, with chips and a pickle on the side. The patty was pretty good, done medium well. And not much else. Unlike a chicken sandwich, which does not need extra stuff to make it taste good, burgers do need extras like lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, bacon, roasted garlic, pico de gallo, and others to add to the taste. And this burger simply did not have enough. A little pricey. On the other hand, remember what I wrote about NYC bleeding Upstate and Western NY dry? Smart people are moving out of the state, if they can sell their houses. There is not much money to go around here.
