The had not even started my order. Once we had seen the 6 employees on the line sitting around while 2 of them worked on the order, we started asking what had happened for there to be a delay. We got no answer, just deferment. The so called general manager acted like she had her manager training off of TikTok customer freak out videos. We were perfectly calm and she acted like she was defusing a tense situation. She even told us to leave the building once the 35 minutes had finally passed and we got our order. The free drink we had to beg for as compensation for our neglect was even mediocre at best.
