No one showed up, no calls were answered, and no response to my email until the next day saying they were "closed due to unforeseen circumstances." This lack of communication cost me money and wasted my time. On top of that, I provided all the correct parts for the repair, but the bike still wasn't fixed. When I questioned the charges, I was told I should pay in full regardless of the outcome. The mechanic also claimed taking my bike without an appointment was a "favor," even though he saw me drop it off and could have simply asked me to take it back if he wasn't going to fix it. To make matters worse, he charged me every penny without considering any adjustment to the bill, even though I lost money on towing and wages because he was unavailable and unresponsive. His emails throughout this process were hostile and dismissive, showing bad faith and very poor customer service. Things happen, but a professional shop should take responsibility, communicate clearly, and not leave customers stranded with bills for incomplete work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

I also wanted a second set of eyes to check all my work and inspect everything once in a while, so I dropped my bike off at Fairfax Cycles. The main service I requested was to replace the front fork and exchange the fork and brake oils. I bought the Ohlins fork from Partszilla and dropped it off at the shop. I was missing some other small parts needed, and they were able to order it for me. I had a budget I wanted to stick to, and they were able to work with me to meet my budget and the services I needed. They were very flexible. For the amount of work done on my bike, I'd say the price was fair. The place is very busy all year round, though. Please set your expectations. You'll likely have to wait to get serviced. You'll also need to pick up ASAP. I felt good about all the services performed on the bike. The installed Ohlins fork makes the bike so much better. Will I come back, a definite yes.

Quality Staff, Quality Service!…read more We moved to the Sterling, VA area this past June and since the move, my daughter Celeste has been aching to get another motorcycle. She did her research and was blessed to find MG MotorSports less than 15 minutes for our new home. The crazy thing about her motorcycle journey is that the first time we had ever been in the Sterling area was when we attended our first ever "Finish The Race" gathering at Calvary Temple. At the time we never envisioned living here now. MG Motorsports exemplifies the true sense of community with just how they show their sense of professionalism with their customers. From beginning to end My daughter and I were impressed by the attention to detail in helping my daughter feel confident in her selection. Both Zach and Greg made themselves available for any and all questions and final delivery scheduling. I knew the hand shakes were true and a lasting relationship in this communities motorcycle world was there for her going forward. I strongly recommend to anyone interested in a quality motorcycle purchase to take yourselves to MG MotorSports

Mike, his wife and the entire team at MGMotorsports are fantastic!…read more I purchased a 2023KLR650S in July and the price was the best I could find anywhere in the country. Part of the reason I say this is because I know they couldn't have made a lot of money on this sale. Yet every single interaction was a pleasant surprise! When I called about the bike Mike answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. He quickly told me the out the door price, the history and condition of the KLR (even sent me a video of it) reconfirmed that it was ABS, the crash bars and racks were included, they had copies of the service records, only had 780 miles on it. He was patient during the process of me wiring MGMOTORSPORTS the payment. His communication was excellent. He also offered reasonable shipping from VA to OK or agreed to store it a couple weeks until I could pick it up. When it came time to pick it up Mike personally met me at a subway station and drove me to the shop in Sterling. The motorcycle was ready to go and his wife was great with all the paperwork ready. I watched and listened as they dealt with other customers and they were sincerely pleasant with everyone. When it was time to leave, Mike and an employee checked the fluids, tire pressure, ect, one last time in front of me. We shook hands, he had an employee lead me in a company truck out Sterling to the main road headed west so I wouldn't get lost. Every couple of days as I leisurely rode back home to Oklahoma Mike would text me to make sure everything was good and askif I had any questions. I know this long winded, but for once something that seemed too good to be true, WAS TRUE@ My email is rsnowder@gmail.com and I will gladly answer any questions about my experience with MGMOTORSPORTS! First thing in the morning, I confirmed with two different employees (Riley and someone else who picked up the phone) an appointment for 4:30 PM to test drive a vehicle. I even showed up early and when I got there they told me they just sold the car. The excuse was "I thought it was 4 PM". Apparently these guys lack even the most basic communication skills. Typical shady used car business. They do not respect others' time. Whoever responds to all of their bad reviews is also short tempered and unprofessional. Check out their Google reviews. Don't trust all the positive reviews here. Many of the user accounts have only a single review. Presumably fake accounts made by one of their employees to boost their ratings.

Dishonest and unprofessional experience with a 2004 black Jeep Wrangler TJ…read more I found this Jeep on Carfax and contacted Emon at Euro Auto Sports. Before going there to test drive, I specifically asked about getting a PPI, and he said that was no problem. During my test drive, I found a serious front-end bushing/steering issue. The Jeep was shifting aggressively at any speed, and at highway speeds it was bad enough that it felt like the vehicle could push itself into another lane. This was a major safety issue. Emon agreed to repair the issue. During the repair process, the Carfax and website listings were removed. Several days later, he told me the Jeep was fixed and raised the price from $9,999 to $10,999 due to the repairs. When I asked for a detailed list of the work performed and parts replaced to justify the price increase, he avoided providing that information and told me the repairs would simply show up on Carfax. The following morning, I scheduled a PPI to verify the repairs. At 11:15 AM, only 15 minutes after his shop opened, I notified Emon that the mechanic would be arriving that day. He immediately claimed the Jeep was no longer available because someone had supposedly been waiting before opening and placed a deposit at 11 AM. I asked him to let me know if the deal fell through for any reason, but he became aggressive and said he would not be updating me because the buyer was "definitely buying it." The timing was extremely questionable. After days of discussing the vehicle and repairs, the Jeep suddenly became unavailable the exact moment I arranged for an independent inspection. The next day, the Jeep listing was back on Carfax. I had a friend call a week later asking about the Jeep, and Emon said it was still available. The entire process felt dishonest and raised serious concerns about what information was being withheld. I no longer trusted Emon or the way this transaction was handled. Anyone considering this specific jeep should be extremely cautious. Get an independent inspection, verify every repair yourself, and do not rely solely on what you are told. I would also strongly recommend reading through how Emon responds to negative reviews before deciding to do business here. The hostile and unprofessional way he responds to customer criticism is concerning, and I would not be surprised if this review receives the same treatment.
