For $13 lunch buffet, I would say this is a great value. You get what you are paying for. The ambiance is very basic, no frills. The food is comfortable to your typical Chinese take out: lo mein, chicken with broccoli, fried dumplings and egg rolls, but they also have a few sushi roll options as well as fruit and vanilla soft serve ice cream. Don't expect anything more than what you're paying for and you won't be disappointed! This is definitely NOT a date spot, but just a quick, cheap meal. The staff come around often to fill up your cup with water or tea. They also have a large parking lot. They have a ramp for those in a wheelchair/ scooter.

Iv'e been meaning to write this review for some time, because frankly I eat here at least once a month if not more with my PIC (Partner in Crime). She has Dr's appointments up here that I am her Chauffeur for, and I'm gonna just lay it out here--- I don't think the Dr's are helping though, she's still a 10ft batsh** crazy Bronx Redhead! I mean, so am I only not as tall and not from The Bronx LMAO - but she buys me lunch every time I drive her to the Dr's, and I love this place. First- I always grab a plate of fresh fruit, the fruit here is really sweet especially if they have cantaloupe or strawberries. PIC usually goes up first to get her stuff and then picks the stuff out that can kill her, like shrimp, scallops, mushrooms and gosh knows what else- but she hasn't died yet, so we are good! HEYYYY (big thumbs up)!! I go for the soups, the veggies and the BBQ pork, the egg rolls and dim sum items, I basically try everything, to see if there is anything new I haven't had before with my usual favorites-- but then I get nice plate of the mussels and the clams and proceed to eat those babies to my hearts content. However, it never fails, and somewhere in between this, PIC has me go to the sushi bar area with her and point out what she can and can't eat. See what a good friend I am??? For YOU my Yelp friends who has seen PIC and I at Elite events that are +1, you know how we are, it's hard to miss us, we love life and it's quite comical at times. We usually spend a few hours here to eat and enjoy our food without rushing, just chilin' and getting caught up an life and also to let the traffic die down before we head back to home in NJ. PIC and I have never experienced a bad meal here and she is still alive, so cross contamination hasn't been an issue for her either. Prices for eating here, is about average for a buffet and our servers have always been polite and attentive. We'll be back next month!!

While I do love the duck breast and lamb chops included with the Classic package, we all felt Essentials was enough for this visit. Celia was our waitress. While things were a little slow getting started, once our first order went in, the food started flying out. Everything we ordered throughout the evening arrived much faster than it did on my previous visit. The menu makes it sound like they'll throttle you to only a couple of items at a time, but that really wasn't our experience. We were consistently able to order several items per person, so there was always something on the grill, more food on the way, and plenty to keep us chomping away. Our favorites this time? The top blade, brisket, hanger steak, pork belly, and even the salmon ceviche, which was surprisingly refreshing between rounds of grilled meat. We did have a couple of hiccups, but Celia was eager to make things right. After we received the wrong shrimp twice, she took it upon herself to get the manager involved. They tracked down the correct shrimp and brought it out. Thanks! Speaking of the manager, Andy was terrific. After another unpleasantry at our table, he came over and sincerely apologized several times. It was obvious he genuinely wanted to make things right. After we took a quick selfie together, he got us with a few complimentary cocktails. I have to say, anything here with cucumber in it is delicious here. Super refreshing. By the end of the meal, my son was a fluent griller and even said he liked Gyuzo more than the other all-you-can-eat BBQ places we've visited. That's about as good an endorsement as I can give. We'll certainly be back.

Unfortunately, we never even got to eat at the restaurant because of how disorganized the front desk was. We were quoted a 35-45 minute wait and were told to join the Yelp waitlist. We stood nearby the entire time waiting to be called. We never received any notification on our phones, and when we checked the app, our status had somehow changed from "waiting" to "cancelled." When we spoke with the hostess, she apologized and told us to wait because she would seat us next. Instead, we watched four other parties get seated before us. After waiting even longer, we went back to ask what was happening, only to be told it would be another 15-20 minutes. From what we observed, it also seemed like the restaurant was prioritizing seating larger parties over smaller ones. I can't say for certain whether that was their policy, but that's certainly how it appeared from our experience as multiple larger groups were seated while we continued to wait despite being told we were next. I completely understand that popular restaurants get busy, and I have no issue waiting my turn. What I do have an issue with is poor communication and disorganization from the hostess team. Mistakes happen, but telling customers they'll be seated next and then repeatedly seating other parties first is unacceptable. To make matters worse, this was our second night this weekend trying to eat here, and once again we left without ever getting a table. Despite the inconvenience and poor experience, no one offered an apology beyond a brief acknowledgment, nor was there any attempt to make things right or show goodwill for the time we had wasted. The food may be excellent, but we'll never know because the front-of-house experience was so poorly managed. A great restaurant starts with good customer service, and unfortunately, the hostess team left a very poor first impression. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.
