Hiya, I always come here with my family. A family of five can literally eat here and eat till they are full, which is great. The bill is a bit... excessive for a little over $100 but I see why cause inflation, etc. The servers USED TO do a not so good job -- but NOW do a great job refilling drinks and making sure there are hot /cold plates of food to be served on the serve yourself buffet platters as soon as there is low food. The ambiance is probably chilling to some cause there isn't music playing in the background but I consider it chill--I like that there isn't music playing in the restaurant so you can hear your family members talk to you. The ambiance you want in a restaurant is yours to create. ALSO, I love their fish tanks, it's always nice to look at that when I come in or leave. I'm practically in love with their chicken skewers and sushi bar. I adore the hell out of their strawberry cake they make. As I traveled home, I enjoyed dining on one of the chickens-on-a-stick. When I reached my place and opened the container, a large roach jumped out! For $13 lunch buffet, I would say this is a great value. You get what you are paying for. The ambiance is very basic, no frills. The food is comfortable to your typical Chinese take out: lo mein, chicken with broccoli, fried dumplings and egg rolls, but they also have a few sushi roll options as well as fruit and vanilla soft serve ice cream. Don't expect anything more than what you're paying for and you won't be disappointed! This is definitely NOT a date spot, but just a quick, cheap meal. If you like shellfish or seafood this is your place! They have Cajun boiled seafood, ginger scallion crabs, fried shrimps, fried calamari, all your other Chinese stable, and even a sushi bar! I have to say everything was actually really fresh! I was very impressed by how tasty and fresh their Ginger and scallion crabs were. What really also so stood out was how good their sushi was. I'm not talking about omakase good but it was actually better than a lot of sushi places for takeout that I have been to. Their are rice was nice and chewy, not too soft and not too hard and the insides was full with flavors. The fried calamari, fried shrimps, fried vegetable spring roll, chicken broccoli were all very tasty. I was honestly impressed by the high turnover rate and how fresh everything was. Food look fresh and warm/hot where necessary. We are quite picky, so we chose with caution. The sushi looked great, not many selections, but enough to satisfy! Let me start with we had good food and everything tasted fresh. The welcoming when we entered was alright not very thrilled to see us come when we came in. While I was eating with my girlfriend her cup was empty and they filled it and mine was about to be empty and didn't even bother to fill it. Iv'e been meaning to write this review for some time, because frankly I eat here at least once a month if not more with my PIC (Partner in Crime). PIC usually goes up first to get her stuff and then picks the stuff out that can kill her, like shrimp, scallops, mushrooms and gosh knows what else- but she hasn't died yet, so we are good! HEYYYY (big thumbs up)!! I go for the soups, the veggies and the BBQ pork, the egg rolls and dim sum items, I basically try everything, to see if there is anything new I haven't had before with my usual favorites-- but then I get nice plate of the mussels and the clams and proceed to eat those babies to my hearts content. However, it never fails, and somewhere in between this, PIC has me go to the sushi bar area with her and point out what she can and can't eat. See what a good friend I am??? For YOU my Yelp friends who has seen PIC and I at Elite events that are +1, you know how we are, it's hard to miss us, we love life and it's quite comical at times. The food here is just simply not good. Szechuan beef very chewy and stringy. The chicken also had a strange flavor to it. The pork it was very tough and the sauce just tasted off. Some of the mixed vegetables broccoli snow peas and other vegetables were OK. The brown and white rice were pretty good. But how can you screw up rice. The shrimp and other seafood was strange tasting didn't taste quite right like it was a few days old or more. Did I mention it's$24 oh my God.I definitely would not recommend coming here. This isn't the largest buffet but what they do offer is very fresh and well stocked! There is a good selection of many items. I have been going to this Buffet all my life! Literally never gets old, have eaten some of my best meals here! I can never complain about the sushi, it is super fresh and you can taste every individual ingredient in there, it isn't like mush like other sushi buffet places. it is extremely family friendly and is never too crowded. it is very spacious and comfortable. the sushi keeps me on my toes because every time i go, there are new delicious options! i recommend the sushi bar, the spicy chicken wings, chicken and broccoli, and the donuts. absolutely incredible place. hands down my favorite buffet. read more

For an Asian buffet in Rockland County, I would say this is definitely one of the better options out there, considering how there aren't many options to begin with. My parents and I have been coming here for years now and found that it survived well compared to other buffets that opened within its vicinity. I can tell while eating here that there are quite a few regulars here so it shows good traction. The service has always been nice and the variety and quality of food they offer is great! As for the food, they offer a variety of Japanese and Chinese food, both offering hot and cold bars. This includes egg drop soup, fried dumplings, egg rolls, fried rice, general tso chicken, bbq pork spare ribs, shrimp and broccoli, an extensive sushi bar, asparagus, sautéed string beans, canned and fresh fruit, dessert cakes and soft serve ice cream...just to name a few. All is pretty fresh and they refill the food constantly. If you are looking for something quick and easy and are in the area, I would give Hard Wok a try. I found that while the kids were able to get multiple plates, I was basically only able to eat tiny samples of each item. This place is pretty decent and has a good selection of typical buffet food as well as healthier veggies on the side (e.g. Salad bar, Sauté Spinach). For $17, it's a great deal to get all you can eat seafood (excellent crabs BTW), meat, noodles, rice, soup, veggies, fruits, and dessert. The owner even told the kitchen to make extra food for us when we came in very late one night. Adult buffet is $16 per person which I think is kind of steep for the average buffet selection. You also have the option of carry out for the buffet which costs around $7 per pound. That might be more worth it rather than sitting there and paying way more. There's a large parking lot outside and plenty of seating inside. They'll definitely be able to seat a large party. I would say it is really not Worth coming here, you will be disappointed with the few dishes that they have. I'm very confused as to why many of the comments and reviews are negative and why this buffet is rated so low. I have been going to this buffet every single year for events like a get-together or celebration. They offer private dining rooms so you and all your friends can get an entire room and eat together. I love all their food, and they have many options. I feel like they do Americanize a bunch of their food though, but that's fine because it's still good!
