There are other options, so look very closely. The cut rolls are fat for sure. If you're in a time crunch, and can't wait for a seat at the bar, then the all you can eat option is not available to you. For nearly the price of two rolls sitting at a table, the all you can value is lost. This visit we celebrated a birthday. The staff was super nice and made the meal special. But what was noticed is just the so so marginal product to which we are. Unfortunately, there's not a ton of competition against here in the area. For some patrons, this place may be viewed as a slam dunk great place. Not to this Sushi lover. Overall still Recommended, considering the other options in the area. Harbour Sushi is a delicious sushi bar located in the Target shopping center on tenth street west in Palmdale. They've got ample parking (what place in the AV doesn't though). I forever aloned it with the AYCE at the bar. The person next to me was also alone and came in around the same time so they thought we were a couple which was pretty funny. I ordered several rolls. My favorite being the monkey brains (I replaced the spicy tuna with sushi) and the Andrew. I ended it with the tempura ice cream (not included in the AYCE). We came here on a Tuesday around 4 they were not too busy we got the all you can eat sushi which is only available at the sushi bar. From the moment we stopped in every one was so helpful and nice. The chef That was helping us was amazing even made us some specialty sushi which were delicious everything was fresh and made when ordered right in front of us. The dressing of the salad tasted spoiled. They also gave my infant a high chair with a broken seat buckle. Have been eating here for years, as the sushi has always been great. However, over the last few years the service has been gradually getting worse. As a small restaurant, the wait is typically long, not really an issue. Once seated the service is lackluster, servers don't check in on you. Take out is unsurprisingly worse. Take out orders take an hour and a half to complete. And to top it off, there is never a manager on-site to address your concerns, and the staff is not allowed to "give out" the managers name, which is really weird and sketchy to me. The sushi is great, the service is horrendous. We waited an hour after giving our order, I had to ask the waitress why the long wait. All of the parties around us were getting their food while we weren't. They finally made our food, didn't bring chopsticks/soy sauce/wasabi/napkins. The waitress blamed the delay on the chefs then proceeded to go over to the chefs and I presumed talked about us to them. Several other customers coming in for take out we're equally upset about the wait. Unlike most sushi restaurants, this place serves you all your orders at once, which isn't good if you order a lot of things and have a mix of hot and cold dishes. We ordered seven items, varying from nigiri sushi to premium rolls to sushi combination platters. Because all our dishes came out at once, we not only had a ridiculously crowded table, we couldn't enjoy the hot dishes while they were hot or the cold dishes while they were cold. There's a reason why sushi restaurants only serve a few items at a time and now I know why. The jalapeños in the Heart Attack were completely raw, making them far too spicy to eat (and I Iove spicy!!). Maybe it was just today? Anyhoo, overall, not a bad place to get sushi in Palmdale. A large variety of seafood items to select from that other places don't have (ie sea eel, (forgot the name) white fish, etc) The food quality, freshness (surprise because we're in the desert), presentation are ALL excellent. My Husband got severe food poisoning last week and I had a mild case. We got all you can eat at the bar. I mostly ate the raw sushi and my Husband ate mostly the bake rolls and was sick to his stomach for days. I tried a couple of pieces of his baked rolls and thankful that's all I tried or else I would have been even more sick. It makes me sad because I use to enjoy going to this place. I called to inform them we were sick and the worse part was the staff member I spoke with was very nasty and rude. I wasn't even asking for a refund. Unbelievably bad service tonight as my boyfriend and I tried to get a table, later on a Friday night. The hostess quoted the wait as 15-20 min, so I wrote down my number with a ***909*** area code. I mentioned we would wait in the car, away from others (during Covid). When we checked back in inside the restaurant after 25 min, the hostess said they tried to call us & gave the table away because we didn't answer. The manager showed me that they called a 929 area code instead of 909 -- which makes no sense whatsoever, because 909 is actually an area code in California, and a closer look would have made clear it was a "0," not a "2." None of this would have been so bad on its own; however, the hostess and the manager both argued with us that the digit "looked like a 2." Then, they told us we'd have to put our names down and wait all over again, because we "didn't answer the phone," still really pressing the point that it was our fault somehow, as if I don't know my own phone number. Word of advice to Harbor Sushi: Arguing loudly with would-be paying customers is a stupid thing to do. We will never be back. read more

All you can eat sushi Good quality good staff. I think it's the best all you can eat sushi in the area. I like it because if you order a roll you get like a half order, so you're not stuck with a full order if you don't like it so much. That and the quality is very goo --------- I came back again with a friend and had a problem with one of the guys that make the sushi. It seemed like he had a personal problem with me and either ignored me or would delay my order. He went on break and the guy that took over was professional and prompt. The rest of the staff was also very good, which is why I left a nice tip, in spite of the problem with the cook I'm honestly not sure if I'm coming back again. Last night I tried the Chirashi bowl for the first time and let me say it's one of the best I've had so far. For $13.95 you get a great deal. Tamago egg, octopus, shrimp, mackerel, albacore, salmon, Ono, tuna, and a flower shaped cucumber with salmon egg and quail egg. Very impressed with the presentation and quality. Other rolls here are good too like the Snow and Alaskan. For fresh the Mountain is great too. If you're in the AV and craving sushi this is the place to go. read more

This place had pretty good reviews and I was really craving some sushi. This may have been one of the first time that I have felt let down by yelp reviews. They have an all you can eat option at the bar and service was friendly and quick so they get high marks for that. BUT there was just something off with the taste of the sushi.
