The dentist was extremely rude, unprofessional and showing no care or respect for patients . The quality of her work was very poor and I have never had such a negative experience in my entire life - even after living both in Europe and Chicago . I left her office feeling humiliated and disrespected . What should have been 5 visits turned into 17 filled with pain , stress and frustration. Because of her negligence I had to seek treatments from a root canal specialist and another dantist.This ordeal has now 4 months involved three different specialist and cost me 3 times what I originally expected .I would give her 0 stars if the system allowed it. After numerous phone calls, In December they admitted to having it but said the lab had broken it. Today they finally gave her partial back supposedly fixed. She just called me crying saying over and over they hurt me. She states the partial does not fit right. The office staff and Dr. Singh do not call you back. We had left several messages over the last 3 months with no response. I would give them no starts and never recommend them.

BEWARE, I almost died due to sepsis as a result of the surgeon's incompetence. My older sister had…read moreher wisdom teeth done somewhere else and had antibiotics included in her initial prescription as a precaution. She had normal crowding: my wisdom teeth were impacted and coming in at 90 degrees, as well as suffering from bacteria pockets he showed me on the Xray caused by the impacting, which also caused a cavity in one of my four wisdom teeth. Knowing this, you would think I would have been prescribed antibiotics. On the second day of being in excruciating pain, he prescribed me more Hydros. On the third day, after informing the surgeon I was throwing up, I was told that the risk of infection is rare and I probably have the flu. Although he said I can send pictures, and did try to schedule an appointment, I ended up going to the ER and informed I had a severe infection and put on antibiotics. To make It even worse, when I went to him for my follow up appointment, the surgeon tried to tell me that the infection was from food getting stuck in the holes even when I explained that I had kept up with my oral care and did not eat any solid food before I went to the ER. But probably the deal breaker was that for a routine check up after the dental part of the appt. we would've had to wait SIX MONTHS for a cleaning. We've NEVER run into this kind of arrangement in our collective 140 year experience. One explanation, we thought, was that they couldn't hire or retain enough dental hygienists. And why is that? Are there not enough dental hygienists in St. Augustine, or does the practice not pay them enough or otherwise provide a miserable working experience? Who knows, and really we don't care. We are tired with tolerating drama anywhere for whatever reason, so we're going back to our "old" dentist in Orlando. We got two appts. about 10 days out from contacting them. The appt. includes a cleaning.

I've been going to this office, located in the Harbor Island plaza, for 8-9 years now. A co-worker initially recommended him as being one of the best in town, and how well he treated her daughter with all the work her family has needed. Vicki runs a tight ship at the front desk, keeps the billing and insurance straight, and calls me to make sure I don't lose track of my appointments. The hygienists do a great job of cleaning up after any brushing and flossing 'oversights' that I've made, and they've always dedicated a full hour to that work. (Somewhere along the line, I read that it takes a solid hour to do a good job at it, and that cutting down on that time is one way that some offices can pad their bottom lines.) Be advised that they stay booked pretty solid for months in advance, particularly for the early and late appointments, so if you need to reschedule a cleaning, you could be waiting a while. I've been very fortunate that I've not needed personally needed Dr Diaz to perform any major work yet, but in chatting with him during x-rays and consultations (he's actually an very interesting fellow to talk to), I feel comfortable that I'd be in great hands.

Every time I go in, I'm greeted by genuine people who truly care... no joke. Dr. Sheth is excellent - patient, non aggressive, meticulous, and dare I add "fun" as well? How can a dentist appointment be FUN? From the fabulous teeth cleaning, exam, and actual work performed, - it's brilliant. I overheard Dr. Elliot talk to his patient too and he seems just as brilliant. This is the best place to go for any dental issue & I'm one appointment away from completing my treatment plan. Not only was the doctor fantastic but her staff was also over the top fabulous. They put you at ease right from the get go. I had a root canal and had not one single bit of pain including the initial shot. I am extremely sensitive to needles and I have to be honest and tell you that I did not feel even the smallest iota of pain from Dr. Tyler. She is a magician and a talented physician and I can not recommend her highly enough.
