From the initial phone intake to the stunning, luxurious office, every single staff member was friendly, caring, and genuinely invested in making me feel comfortable. That level of care and foresight truly meant so much to me. I walked in terrified and resigned to the idea that I might need braces. Instead, after discussing my options, I ordered retainers. Now we are almost done with treatment with my youngest daughter and it turned out worse that it was before her treatment began. She had a very difficult case, which didn't seem to phase them during consultation, they charged us 2x as much because it was going to take more work to fix. 18 months later, she has a tooth with root reabsoption, because of too much trauma on the tooth when they were moving it. We initially sought treatment for her crossbite, but now it is a severe underbite that jets out and they refused to do extractions even though there was severe crowding on the bottom they straightened out, her front teeth are almost coming out of the jaw bone as there is not enough space and they are stretched so thin. The teeth barely fit and her bottom jaw jets out, but the doctors are ready to take her braces off, as they insist there's nothing they can do now.

She then told me they could "try to fit me in" and that I would need to wait about 30 minutes because the doctor "had an appointment." Ironically, that appointment was supposed to be she sarcastically said, "It's your choice," while throwing her hands up in a dismissive manner, as if she truly did not care whether I stayed or left.
