Without her, it's three stars at best. I doubt we will return here though. My last experience with the remaining dentist was unfavorable. Dr. Goitom made sure I felt no pain throughout the process and felt completely comfortable with everything. I am honestly looking forward to going back to them which NEVER happens with me. The office decor is really cute, high tech and they have inspirational quotes in each room which are nice to read while trying to keep yourself busy. You never see anyone in the waiting room because they schedule their appointments appropriately and take their patients as soon as they arrive.

The swelling returned, then went away, then returned, then went away, and so on. At that point I suspected I was allergic to something I was eating, so I limited my diet to things I knew I wasn't allergic to, then added things back one at a time. When I started eating ketchup again, the swelling returned. It turns out I am allergic to tomatoes, which, according to Doctor Google, may cause blistering in the mouth. When a search engine gives you better information than a professional, one has to wonder what exactly these folks learn in dental school. Bottom line: never trust a dentist to solve a medical problem. They just don't have the knowledge.

The timing couldn't have been worse, especially since I had just seen my dentist the week before for a cleaning and X-rays (no cavities--yay me!). So to have this happen a week later was honestly horrifying. I was in a panic, especially knowing I had to meet with a new client the next day--there was no way I could show up with an exposed tooth. I found this gem of a place through a Google search. The young woman who answered the phone was incredibly empathetic and reassuring, letting me know they could fit me in that same morning--and they did! When I arrived, I was immediately impressed by the beautiful décor, bright colors, and modern setup. They even had a TV over the exam chair where you could watch a movie or listen to music. Best of all, the staff were warm and welcoming. My appointment was at 9:00, and by 9:05 I was already in the chair getting X-rays. Dr. Robinson, one of the two dentists there, was kind, thorough, and worked both quickly and efficiently. I was out of there in under an hour, good as new. If I didn't already love my current dentist, I'd be switching over. And if you're looking for a great dental office--for yourself or your kids (they're a pediatric provider too)--this is the place!

I saw two other dentists and was told that my tooth was fractured and needed to be extracted. I came to this office during their annual free extraction event expecting to lose the tooth. Dr. Andersen took the time to thoroughly evaluate the situation and wasn't convinced that extraction was the right answer. She determined that the "lesion" was actually a piece of bone protruding through the gum and removed it. Almost immediately, the pain that had been bothering me for weeks was gone. I am incredibly grateful not only because she found the real problem, but because she saved my tooth. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to look deeper instead of rushing to remove the tooth made all the difference. Thank you, Dr. Andersen, for your exceptional care. I truly can't thank you enough.
