I was coming off a terrible experience at Aspen Dental. I called White Marsh and was asked to come right in. This is now my Dental practice!

Wow! Where to begin. Scheduling as a new patient was a breeze. Thank you Janet for being so kind…read moreand accommodating. What stood out was your calm manner and positive attitude. This wasn't even the dentistry I had in mind, Google Maps failed me but just something about the front office staff just lured me in. And I'm glad I continued with the appointment because the overall experience was more than awesome. I noticed a coffee machine in the waiting room and its appearance was very cozy and inviting. Very clean place and it was comfortable. Placing the patients needs first. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time so I didn't know what to expect besides the usual "I'm just here to do my job". But Caring Dental, you really shine on being family owned. You can feel the love for people and it's so joyful and pleasant. I had X-rays taken and a cleaning done and every time I'd meet someone new I was met with a friendly face and complete understanding. I was not shamed for not having been to the dentist in so long. I didn't get side eyed when asked if I floss on the daily and I didn't feel awkward and nervous not knowing what was going on. The staff was very clear in communication and gave plenty of opportunity to voice my concerns. I genuinely felt heard and seen. They even went over my X-rays with me. Something I've never had the pleasure of doing. Thank you Kim, the cleaning process was pleasant and tolerable. Thank you for a smooth cleaning. Caring dental really does place your oral health first! Thank you! I will be trusting you with all my dental needs. My teeth thank you and my gums are still sore but healthy !

Dental Designs it is, and I think I chose wisely. The staff was so pleasant when I arrived. I even got a quick tour, which included a peep at their 'molar making machine'. No that's not what it's called, but I don't remember its technical name. It's like a Dental 3D printing machine that makes teeth (an easy description, but in a nutshell). Can you believe that?! Crazy. Dr. Dezwirek and the whole team were on point. Of course, as a new patient I had to take Xrays. When Dr. Dez examined me he had already reviewed my XRays. And when Cindy cleaned my teeth I realized she too had reviewed my XRays. They were all on it. What's that saying, you never get a second chance to leave a first impression; they left a good one.

Five stars isn't enough for Dr. Cho and his team. My husband found a local dentist and easily…read morescheduled appointments with a friendly staff. He was quickly informed over the phone that they take our insurance and the staff gave him quotes for initial X-rays, eval, and cleaning for my mom without dental insurance. The hygienist was thorough and my hubby kept commenting how his teeth felt squeaky clean and smooth for over a week! He took his old, cracked night guard for a replacement. Dr. Cho was very professional and informative in explaining the cause of the crack and recommended an affordable guard and the right thickness that'll protect his teeth. Dr. Cho also kindly taught my hubby how to safely brush his teeth to further prevent gum recession. After my husband's exemplary experience, my mom and I went in for our appt. We scheduled back to back to take turns watching my 15 month old toddler in the waiting area. We arrived early and Dr. Cho greeted us and saw my mom earlier than her appt time. My mom hasn't seen a dentist since my dad passed away 4 years ago, so she was scared. Dr. Cho's chair-side manners were superb which kept her very calm and even enthusiastic about further taking care of her teeth- she needs crowns. Dr. Cho conservatively recommended the work she needs done and before we left the office the front staff gave us quotes for her next visit. As a 7 month old pregnant mom with a toddler, I can say this office is very family friendly. Dr. Cho ordered minimal x-rays to address my worries of cavities and the staff took extra caution when taking the x-rays. The eval and cleaning was thorough and quick so laying on my back wasn't uncomfortable. There was a cute corner for my toddler to play and lots of space to walk around to enjoy her stay at the dental office while grandma's and Mom's teeth were being taken care of by Dr. Cho and his awesome staff. Now that she's familiar with the office and friendly staff, we decided to schedule our daughter's first dental appt, too. We already appreciate our new family dentist very much!

I absolutely love this office. If you are like me and have a fear of the dentist, this is your new…read moreforever place to be. This establishment runs like a well oiled machine. When you walk in, you are greeted by Autumn, who makes and takes your appointments. And as she has much more to her job than this, I just wanted to point out that she has a wonderful personality and makes you feel super comfortable from the start. I'm very thankful of her because if you don't have somebody who makes you feel comfortable from the start, it's very rare that you make it past the front door. When you go to the back you have Rachel (dental hygienist ) and Dr. Wassif. I sincerely can't say enough about them either. They both instantly make you feel like you're right where you need to be. Rachel is kind and gentle and assists Dr. Wassif with grace. Now, for a dentist, you won't find a better one than Dr. Cindy W. I LOVE the way she explains to me, exactly what is going on with my teeth and what needs to be done then with them in the future. I have a lot of work being done to them. It took me a long time to find someone who made me feel as comfortable as I do when I'm in that seat. She talks to me in a way that no dentist has before. You can tell she genuinely cares. I truly mean it. These women are amazing people!!! I honestly don't know how their office doesn't have a line out the door to be seen. Or maybe it does, Autumn really is that good at her job. Lol But seriously, if you're looking for an office, that is laid-back, very thorough with a scheduling (and making sure that you remember to be there), and a dentist that makes you feel a lot better with your current situation, you need to call them and make an appointment today. I will be a patient for as long as they'll have me. Thanks ladies!! -Kim Aubel

The only concern I have is the customer service with Trinity. I was told I was gonna have my…read moreinsurance verified yesterday and given a call back yesterday in order to make an appointment. I didn't remember today, that I never received a call back yesterday so I mistakenly called thinking I had the appointment to let them know I had a scratchy throat. I did apologize to Trinity and even let her know I had just realized in that moment that I never receive a call back and I was sorry. So that part of the conversation ended with a "Well you did call us minutes before closing" which wasn't true, I called 30 minutes before closing yesterday and to standards of other clinics, I thought would've been okay. I didn't need to hear that entitled lie of a comment as I apologized. There was a failure on her end to either do her job yesterday or at least inform me to know it wasn't done today through voicemail at the very least and somehow it gets taken out on me on why the task wasn't done. The other concern was that when I called to let them know of a scratchy throat, I let them know I'm not sick and just caught some cold air, only to try to be moved to next week although availability was going to be given sooner this week if my insurance was checked. The only thing I wished I received was a call back today, as I mentioned on Monday I was an Emergency Patient, so I didn't appreciate not being remembered as one, despite the scratchy throat topic and/or given sooner availability for the pain I already had. Luckily after advocating for myself I got an appointment for tomorrow. I hope the service for the dentist could be a better experience than this, as I did my research and wanted to go with this office. Thank you.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I can't express enough gratitude for Dr. Andersen!…read more For nearly three weeks, I had severe pain in one of my back teeth along with what appeared to be a "lesion" on the inside of my gum. I saw two other dentists and was told that my tooth was fractured and needed to be extracted. I came to this office during their annual free extraction event expecting to lose the tooth. Dr. Andersen took the time to thoroughly evaluate the situation and wasn't convinced that extraction was the right answer. She determined that the "lesion" was actually a piece of bone protruding through the gum and removed it. Almost immediately, the pain that had been bothering me for weeks was gone. I am incredibly grateful not only because she found the real problem, but because she saved my tooth. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to look deeper instead of rushing to remove the tooth made all the difference. Thank you, Dr. Andersen, for your exceptional care. I truly can't thank you enough.
