They like to talk over you and attempt to convince you that you're wrong. While you're on the phone, put calls on hold without warning you, and (Yupp, mid-sentence I got put on hold randomly). They seem to be provoked easy. All the negative reviews I've read on different sites unfortunately are all due to the office staff. Not sure if they hate their job and can't handle it, enjoy being rude bitches, or the owners/management train and applaud them for lack in professionalism. Patients and customers are always right and come first. Never should what a patient is saying/asking be dismissed. Unless Dr. Greenberg employs knowledgeable employees who treat customers with respect, you can enjoy doing business here if you prefer being harassed and mistreated. This is all over them FAILING to update my insurance card when I was last in office (which was provided to them and always is along with my photo ID at every appointment) and billing an inactive insurance. Insurance denied due to being inactive. They claim they've been sending me bills (never received till I called to make an appointment and they made it known I have a past due balance) now all of a sudden I have the bill that came in the mail TODAY, funny how that works. I told them I'm not paying the bill when I have and HAD insurance for those services provided for it to be covered which is when little miss unprofessional decided to be ignorant with me. This isn't the first nor second disrespectful confrontation I've had with them either. I asked if they could submit the claim to my insurance company but since it's a year old they won't do it.

For context, I had a pretty gnarly dental experience that kept me away for two years (for shame, I know. Don't judge me), so I had a lot of trepidation going back after so long and after such a terrible experience. From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by the biggest, brightest smiles, I knew I was in the right place. This office exudes warmth, inclusivity, and care. I was immediately taken into the back (I pre-filled my forms, so no wait time at all), given a tour of the office, and was informed every single step of the way to help me set expectations. Not only was Dr. Santos extremely knowledgable but her and her team were also kind and informative - I knew what was going to happen, what was happening, and what next steps would be each step of the way. I've already convinced my husband to make an appointment too! I have a long journey ahead (wisdom teeth removal, braces, and cleanings) and I couldn't feel more at home with this practice. I trust them completely to take great care of me on this journey to reinvent my smile! I'd give them 100 stars if I could!

Dental Designs it is, and I think I chose wisely. The staff was so pleasant when I arrived. I even got a quick tour, which included a peep at their 'molar making machine'. No that's not what it's called, but I don't remember its technical name. It's like a Dental 3D printing machine that makes teeth (an easy description, but in a nutshell). Can you believe that?! Crazy. Dr. Dezwirek and the whole team were on point. Of course, as a new patient I had to take Xrays. When Dr. Dez examined me he had already reviewed my XRays. And when Cindy cleaned my teeth I realized she too had reviewed my XRays. They were all on it. What's that saying, you never get a second chance to leave a first impression; they left a good one.

I have routinely had difficulty getting specific details out of dr. cho and his staff about procedures, and even basic scheduling. I have been coming to this office for over a year and it has become much worse as time has gone on. Recently, I called in with an urgent need after a filling (done by dr. cho) failed within a month of getting it. This left my tooth exposed and painful, which I communicated to the scheduling staff. After communicating this, I was given options (which were poorly explained) and we agreed on getting a pre-authorization from my insurance which I expected would not take much time. After waiting 24 hours to hear a response, I called the office back. When I asked about the status of the pre-auth, the scheduler laughed and told me the pre-auth would take two weeks to come back. I was also told that I would not be able to get the work scheduled for at least that much time as the dentist was going on vacation the next day. I'm not sure what was unclear about "I am in pain, and I need to have this fixed as soon as possible" but I did not get the impression that this office is concerned with urgency in any way shape or form. If you are in pain, or you think you might be in pain and need work done quickly and reliably, Dentalworks is not a good bet for you. Best to find another office that will actually follow-up, communicate with you on even the most basic level, and treat you as if your oral health is actually important to them.

We call the office to inform them that she was not up to coming due to just getting out of the hospital. They are going to charge a cancellation fee because we did not inform them 48 hours in advance. I was pissed. Our daughter was sick and how am I supposed to know that we were going to end up at the hospital. I was yelling at them because this was not right. They had charged us every cancellation fee since February because our daughter got sick. Most doctor offices have a 24 hour cancellation policy not 48 hours. One pissed off costumer. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone.

I did not have a pleasant experience at all …read more I had an appointment at 5:30pm. I was not seen until around 6:10pm. No one checked in to tell me if anyone would be right with me or how long I would have to wait. I'm. It sure if they were short staffed, but I was not told that either. When my name was finally called, I went to the back and met Dr. Noorani. He did the consultation and explained he wanted to do an expander then braces. I declined the expander and told him I just wanted to do braces even if they were on a little longer. I asked the price and he said someone would come to explain the financial component. He also told me my insurance stopped at age 26. When I disagreed and stated they provide $2000 (because I checked my benefits BEFORE making a consultation appointment) he told me "they can call again but they already checked and it doesn't cover anything". He was very dismissive. A women came in with a folder and gave me a paper with Damon System listed as $6100 and my insurance as $0 contribution. When I asked for the TRADITIONAL braces she responded "he didn't offer that option so may you don't qualify based on your assessment". I did my research on the Damon System vs. Traditional braces AND I was referred by one of the clients who told me they will try to offer the Damon system because it's more expensive but she declined and they gave her Traditional braces for the bottom . Now she is trying to get some money back because she had the Damon system for the top and they ended up switching it mid treatment because the assessment wasn't accurate . I left, checked my dental benefits AGAIN, and called another orthodontist the next day. I am currently in traditional braces, at a lower price, with the $2000 that my insurance plan offered . If they took the time to listen and refrain from being dismissive they would have another client. Smh .
