After the situation was escalated, the Long Beach team stepped in and handled it with professionalism and care. He also didn't really get in there and it definitely was not deep tissue. It was relaxing but my home massager probably does a better job honestly. I've also had much better massages for half the price elsewhere. The massage "rooms" are divided up by fabric. They're still pretty private but you need to stay quiet with your masseuse.
