I've come in with some random requests, and the associates are great about helping you troubleshoot. In December of last year (it's now December again, so apparently, we have a pattern), we purchased paint and supplies for the main living areas of our house. When I went in last December, Mark asked about the project and helped me find exactly the finish and color that would work for my end goal. He didn't make me feel rushed or like a nuisance. Here we are a year later, painting one of the bedrooms we havn't yet tackled, and of course, we went back to Ace! We had someone who tried to start the tractor while on our way back and we got a call that the tractor wasn't working so when we got back there, we told this one guy that it wasn't working. He proceeded to act like my mom was stupid and didn't know what she was talking about, while asking for a ball we got a call that the tractor was working, we told him that it had worked again, THEN PROCCEDED TO START MAKING SNID COMMENTS ABOUT THEM. Then when they were loading the ball on HE GOES FULL SPEED ALMOST TO THE BACK END OF THE TRAILER. I was in the car with my siblings, the whole car shaked, doors closed because how fast he was going, then he slammed things down. I don't care how mad you are you are in a business that you should represent it with kindness and patience.
