I'm already battling getting 10+ calls a day from sources I never signed up for, and know I never authorized to advertise to me via my phone! Even on the "do not call list" it just never ends! I figured it was just for their own demographics, or to track warranty in house. Sure shame on me for not starting a full investigation into their apparently nefarious activities. WORSE, to find out that staff were told by management NOT TO TELL YOU! But rather just TAKE your information and use it as they please. Absolutely repugnant. You want my trust and my money you FULLY DISCLOSE what's up to me. Even after I texted back "stop" the system re-enrolled me the next day, or they re-entered my number. So I texted "STOP" back another 6 times. So infuriating. NEVER AGAIN! You've thoroughly alienated this member of the community you profit off of. Clearly using your patrons is now what matters more than good customer service.

Some warped so bad it was no longer useable. Lumber from Sutherlands sat in the sun for 2 weeks and never warped or bowed. They also have some items no one else in Topeka carries. One example is they carry the size of furnace filter I need when no other place, not even heating and AC professionals, carry. My normal AC person could not even order the correct size for me. Service is also much better than I have experienced elsewhere. Always someone to help me load anything I need help with while other places never provide loading help.

I immediately called Lowe's. Basically they told me it was my fault for not answering my phone even though I explained to them that my two adult children were home and were waiting on the delivery. And never mind I'm in the hospital. No sympathy there. AlI my fault. I simply told them if they couldn't deliver it today, to cancel my order. I'm hopeful it doesn't take forever for me to get my money back from the Store. This is truly piss poor customer service, especially when you blame the customer for your delivery drivers not pushing a doorbell or knocking at the delivery address. Beyond pitiful.
