This is a family team of father and sons and the range of work they cover is impressive. Everything from upscale decks and porches, complete interior remodeling, exterior house work, and in our case, the replacement of part of our front porch deck and some fine carpentry work to finish off some custom lighting in our main living area. Anything related to house construction or remodeling they seem to handle. Superb work, friendly, and priced right. And here's the service they provide that really rings our bell: good communication. Yes, you read that correctly. GOOD communication. They call to tell you when they're coming, they show up when they say they will, and if things don't go exactly as planned, they let you know. If they think they can do something to improve what you want, they offer that advice. A far cry from some other folks we've used over the years. For these reasons alone they get my highest rating and appreciation. Never have figured out why a local hamburger joint on Yelp will get 50 reviews, but the guys that you pay a handy sum to handle a big remodeling job are invisible. The tech called at 12:10 and was at our location by 12:20 pm. The service tech. Nate T. , was very courteous and professional. He inspected the door apparatus carefully, and recommended some additional items for attention in addition to replacing the tensioned spring on the garage door. He explained his reasoning for the additional items and at the conclusion of his work showed me the old parts so I could see the issues he was concerned about. The work was completed quickly with minimal disruption to our day. Very impressed with the level of service provided.

But when I saw there were no hoses or screws with the appliance, he stated "I forgot". I also was not given an appliance manual. Every appliance I have ever purchased had one of those. He just repeatedly told me to call the number for GE. Its impossible to tell what's covered looking at the single page warranty i was given because it was a generic warranty and it spoke of every appliance available. In retrospect, I should have shopped around more. I tried to return it after just four days (it was not installed yet, not even unwrapped), but Jason would not work with me to accept a return and apply the final cost to one of his better quality dishwashers. This was a mistake, and frankly I'm tired of being taken advantage of.
