But when I saw there were no hoses or screws with the appliance, he stated "I forgot". I also was not given an appliance manual. Every appliance I have ever purchased had one of those. He just repeatedly told me to call the number for GE. Its impossible to tell what's covered looking at the single page warranty i was given because it was a generic warranty and it spoke of every appliance available. In retrospect, I should have shopped around more. I tried to return it after just four days (it was not installed yet, not even unwrapped), but Jason would not work with me to accept a return and apply the final cost to one of his better quality dishwashers. This was a mistake, and frankly I'm tired of being taken advantage of.

Lady who answers the phone is snippy. Said it was a vent issue without even seeing or testing the…read moredryer. Service tech shows up at 5:17, didn't want to be there and it showed. Refused to do any test. Turned dryer on and put hand inside and says it feels hot. I tried to move dryer to remove vent to test and he pushed it back and said no test. He then said " If I put my hand over your mouth you would stop breathing." This store has lots of one star reviews on other platforms. Be careful and go elsewhere.

After confronted, they tried to lay blame for poor upkeep of the dryer (we clean the lint cleaned out per manufacturer recommendation after each cycle). Incredibly rude and belligerent staff. Don't waste you time and hard earned money...they will most likely let you down and then refuse all responsibility for their work.

The prices were cheap enough so we bought a washer and dryer and mattress. The washer and dryer was delivered to us and the workers who installed it were acting a little suspicious, but we thought might be nerves. Anywho they told us not to turn on washer machine for a while as it had to set, and to wait 4 hours well we did and when we started it up the washer machine would make a loud banging noise when it got to the spin cycle, next we notice the floor in our bedroom began to feel wet so we thought a pipe line busted. We called a plumber and no busted line however the connection from the washing machine was not connected properly and it caused a flood. My husband who is a handy man reconnected everything and we noticed the bottom of the washer machine was really really rusted, they sold us an damaged rigged machine. Fast forward a month and I noticed the mattress we got from them has bed bugs, so we had to throw it away. Beware of this company they are not honest and there is nothing dandy about them.
