On top of making my mower function the way it did when it was new, the beast was also cleaner than when I dropped it off. No new dirt, oil, grease, etc. My only criticism is that they charge an extra 3% for paying with a card, which is OK, they lose that much to a bank for handling the transaction. The criticism is that they didn't mention that until it was time to pay. A little 'heads up' on that would be great. I'll be down there looking at tillers pretty soon.

I was lead to believe they were coming out to pick it back up and repair it. Instead, the owner shows up, stated there was nothing wrong, and left without taking the mower. I called then back, and was told "it'll probably go another year or two and when it quits we'll work with you", followed by being told in the most condescending was that they would be more likely to help me if I called, was nice, and asked them politely for help and didnt swear. Came home after work to an empty tank and customer service doesn't seem to be concerned that it is 6 degrees outside and we are still without propane. We live in a very rural area and it is not convenient for them to deliver so we are often left to wait. Customer service and management just tell us, "hopefully tomorrow, sorry for the inconvenience." Very disappointed. We will be taking our business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same.

He never did this but says he showed up at my house at 645 PM and claims to have knocked and rang bell and noone answered so he drove away. Never called us or anything. Our doorbell does not work but does not need to as I have several dogs. Nooone barked- How does that happen?? And why wouldnt you call before driving away? What if someone was in the shower or something, I mean after all, we did not know he was still coming as he never bothered to let us know, even after promising to call before coming over as I told him I am frequently tied up with my disabled son. Anyway, called him today to see when he is coming and he was hostile and told me he was here and on and on and now wont even consider making us an appt until next week??
