If you are a DIY guy or gal, I would highly recommend DeBackers for any advise that you might need…read morefor HVAC. I had my central AC quit on one of the hottest days this season. I was referred to DeBackers by Waters Hardware. Holly was very willing to help me identify the parts that I needed and offered any further assistance if I had questions. She was very knowledgeable and sold me what I needed. I found out, based on her expertise, that I actually needed two capacitor instead of just one like I thought. It was a holiday weekend and I didn't get my unit working on that day so I had to wait until the following Tuesday (this was on Friday). Tuesday morning came, and I went back to DeBackers and they were able to get me what else I needed. I know that most companies would want me to let them trouble shoot and repair my AC, but I felt no pressure from them to do that. It cost me about $130 total to get my AC working again and get my house cooled down. Thank you, DeBackers. I will definitely be coming to you next time I have HVAC needs.
