They came out the next day and determined that they had to have access to the basement apartment. Three days later they came back. Having to deal with pushback from the basement tenant, they had to ask for assistance from the property management company. They, unfortunately, had to witness a pretty serious altercation between property management and the tenant. They held their own respectfully and were able to finish the job.
