Was told,"no". They quoted us $1,800. to replace all the lines from both sinks as they were old and full of lime and other build up. So we called Hogle's Plumbing for a 2bd opinion & quote. They came out, cleaned out the filters for both in about an hour and cleaned the single line for each. Water flew out of each sink like they were brand new. Total cost: $206.00 A far cry from the $1,800 that O'Hara would've charged.

We called in…read morethe morning to see if they could clear a drain which another company couldn't (they other folks even broke off a tip in the drain making it worse) They were able to get us served the same day. Our technician showed up in a nice uniform, they took great care to keep any mess in and around the drain, all of our floors and carpets stayed clean. The tool they use to clean broke twice, a supervisor came out with a replacement machine, and both of them stayed till the job was done (past dinner time) They charged for a single hour of work, apologetically telling us the equipment failure was not our issue. Both of these fellas were professional with their appearance, language, work, and bearing; I was utterly impressed. You may be able to find a cheaper drain cleaner in the area, but I've used a few in the past; none of them came anywhere close to the level of appearance, service, and customer care as Dale (the tech) and Pervis (his supervisor) They will take care of you at a fair price, answering your call the first time, staying till the job is done correctly no matter the cost to them. Now my tenant has been waiting over 24 hours for them to come back out. They are saying that a Tech came out and knocked and knocked on the door with no answer. Any time there has been an issue like this they have called me as the property manager. Did they this time? Nope nothing! They knew that I have been in touch multiple times they have my number as they have called me during this ordeal as well. They knew that there is now sewage coming into the apartment. They know it is a serious issue. Yet they do not bother to call! I could have been there in 5 min to open the door but my tenant was even home all evening and never heard a knock. All I would have had to do was call them. They did find a sticker on the ground after I asked them to go look for one. So completely disappointed in the change with this company.
