They, unfortunately, had to witness a pretty serious altercation between property management and the tenant. They held their own respectfully and were able to finish the job. We wanted heat and cool our nook and after having to tear up the floor to do foundation repair we notice that the hole and air duct was only heating and cooling between two beams and not under the crawl space. So what do you do? Fix yourself I guess... save your money and call someone who doesn't want paid upfront for work never done right or at all. Three months after system was put in we waited on air ducts to be finished and they were never finished correctly or what agreement papers stated.

The technician (who is also apparently the owner) has been out every day this week. Everyday from Monday through Wednesday I was told I would have my A/C fixed, and everyday I have been lied too. In addition, the property manager had asked the technician to enter my apartment before leaving for the day to make sure it was blowing cool air yesterday. I called the technician today who said he "ran out of time and couldn't enter my unit." Don't call this company. Unreliable and slow.
