We called in…read morethe morning to see if they could clear a drain which another company couldn't (they other folks even broke off a tip in the drain making it worse) They were able to get us served the same day. Our technician showed up in a nice uniform, they took great care to keep any mess in and around the drain, all of our floors and carpets stayed clean. The tool they use to clean broke twice, a supervisor came out with a replacement machine, and both of them stayed till the job was done (past dinner time) They charged for a single hour of work, apologetically telling us the equipment failure was not our issue. Both of these fellas were professional with their appearance, language, work, and bearing; I was utterly impressed. You may be able to find a cheaper drain cleaner in the area, but I've used a few in the past; none of them came anywhere close to the level of appearance, service, and customer care as Dale (the tech) and Pervis (his supervisor) They will take care of you at a fair price, answering your call the first time, staying till the job is done correctly no matter the cost to them. I don't know what has happened but I have had the worst experience this time and just want to warn folks!! Tech came out last week for 2 drains that were backing up in a basement level apartment. Replaced things in both drains but apparently never thought to check the main drain. Now I'm no plumber but common since tells me in this situation to be sure to check that. Now my tenant has been waiting over 24 hours for them to come back out. They are saying that a Tech came out and knocked and knocked on the door with no answer. Any time there has been an issue like this they have called me as the property manager. Did they this time? Nope nothing! They knew that I have been in touch multiple times they have my number as they have called me during this ordeal as well. They knew that there is now sewage coming into the apartment. They know it is a serious issue. Yet they do not bother to call! I could have been there in 5 min to open the door but my tenant was even home all evening and never heard a knock. All I would have had to do was call them. They did find a sticker on the ground after I asked them to go look for one. So completely disappointed in the change with this company. I would recommend finding someone else if thinking of using them!!

The product works as advertised. The Air Scrubber eliminated odors and within 1 to 2 weeks there was a noticeable decrease in the amount of dust in the house. We have a large golden retriever dog and any odor indicating the dog was inside was gone. As for the laundry scrubber, we were impressed. It is difficult to believe laundry can be cleaned without detergent. The Laundry Scrubber has no problem keeping up with our family of four, including two young boys who are budding athletes. Aside from major stains, which would require pretreatment, we have no issue. Clothes are clean and fresh and any pre-existing odors were gone. The washer stays clean and the musty scent which accompanies front load washers has been greatly reduced. Due to using only cold water washing is a one step process; our 10 year old can do it. We highly recommend these products and the install and service provided by Alternative Air.

Contacted the owner (Chase) on Christmas Eve(Sunday) after discovering no hot water and unable to light the pilot. Chase stated he would be here 9:00am Tuesday morning. After performing reviews on our current Whirlpool water heater, could not find a positive review for the unit, so decided no matter what the problem, would have a new one installed. Contacted Chase again to let him know to bring a new unit. Chase arrived on time and right off could tell he was very personable, professional and respectful of property. After going over the Whirlpool unit, he agreed it was time to install a new one. What gave me full confidence is his knowledge of the water heater unit operations, venting, chimney importance(flue through chimney) and root cause of the rust(and how to prevent it in the future) which had accumulated on top of the unit. Another factor was the expansion unit which was totally rusted, preventing water from entering. The goal of Chase's satisfaction was to make sure we were totally satisfied with the install, all questions answered and stepped us through the new unit controls, etc. He uses 'Bradford White' water heaters which are highly rated. Chase is a perfectionist, making sure the unit is level, good drainage and secured a couple copper lines which had broken away from the rafter. I will recommend 'KC Water Heaters' to anyone knowing Chase is the template by which all business owners should follow in 'outstanding' customer service. UPDATE: Last month(12/2025), noticed some water dripping from the overflow valve. Contacted Chase to explain the issue. He came out the next day in the morning and replaced the valve at no cost. After checking the main house water pressure, it was right at 80 which is considered high that may have contributed to the leaky valve. Chase reduced the pressure and everything is working fine. Even after two years, KC Water Heaters provides exceptional customer service.

Usually, it involves having someone out that is just there to get in and out as quickly as possible, doesn't want to be bothered by details, doesn't show a lot of attention to detail, and rarely cleans up well after themselves. That is not KC Water Heaters. I'm almost dumbstruck by how responsive, communicative, consultative / informative, and all-around thoughtful Chase was throughout the entire process. He arranged and quoted everything with a couple of brief phone calls and some photos I texted to him, all within a couple of hours...and then they were out the next day to replace a leaking water heater (showing up on time, no less!). He completely reworked the plumbing and drain lines associated with the water heater, and educated us on maintenance and the effects of water softeners on water heaters (wow, was that an eye-opener). All throughout the process, he even talked us out of more expensive, but unnecessary options, and redesigned the placement of the water heater to make it more supportable and safe.
