I had some snake and oil salesman guy come to my house sold me on a bathroom, never disclosed the cancelation period (when questioned it showed up on the last page and funny thing is this guy watched me sign my husbands name on the line for financing which isn't even legal I have it on my ring camera he was sitting next too) and now I am going to be out 29,000$ for a bathroom we can't afford we called and canceled two months before the install and magically they ordered all those parts (althought the secretary told my husband they were getting ready to order the parts nobody in this company seams to be on the same page)so it was either pay 5000-15000 or 29000 I never got the same amount twice (note it's why we are now filing) I previously talked to the manager of the company- a nice guy who ensured me that nobody would call until december and nothing would be ordered until november which takes me to TODAY when Amanda texts me and says hey we got all the parts in when can we do this remodel. This is important because they are now going to want to sue me for the cost of everything they ordered prematurely. Even the manager at one point said we can figure out a cheaper options so why are we ordering?? I can't magically find an additional 400 a month currently. This company has caused me bleeding ulcers from the stress of not being able to make these payments. It's not even installed. Just when I thought I was getting back on my feet my husbands uncle died and than 48 hours later my step dad died. Not only am I going through probate which can take years to be done I am also having to pay for a attorney for that as well as now looking into the process of paying to have all my incurring debt erased. This is not how I wanted to have my bathroom done. This was supposed to be a upgrade and now I am being harassed by this company and employees threatening lawsuits for what?? Do yourself a favor and find another company!! So I guess Im now going to be looking for another attorney for this lawsuit if and when they file over what a adult that was transparent they can't afford 400 monthly payments because her kids need a roof over their head and food over a thrid bathroom. I was transparent with the manager he was a great guy to talk to however I am not financially there to make the payments. It's a im damned if I do dammed if I don't. Im hoping by jan-feb of next year to be back on my feet after probate ends with my multiple family deaths and possibly my lawsuit to end. I would have contacted this company when the money was available but it's just not there. I am praying for everything to be cleared up next feb-march but right now I will just tack on another lawsuit and cry myself to sleep over this situation. Thank you!
