Called DeBakers, Mr. DeBaker came out himself on a Saturday and gave an estimate on a Lennox top of the line heat pump system (which is what I wanted) and I had them install the new system. They were quick and did a very professional job. We had a small problem with the system on a Saturday so I called them, the person on call that day was not that familiar with this system and said that the office would call me on Monday. Being from that other country (California) I thought yeah sure! On Monday I got a call at 8:05 they said they would have someone come out to check it and at 8:30 "Jay" pulled up the driveway, He has been with them for almost 50 years. He diagnosed the problem and took care of it. Which turned out to be a relatively small problem. Since I am from that other country I am not used to this kind of service . Even when I call I actually get to talk to a person that is friendly and helpful (not a machine or someone off shore). Not used to this kind of service! Highly recommend them!

The checked it out and said everything is running as it should be. Ok then if that was true then why is the temperature inside the house read 81 degrees. Boss came out twice and looked and wasn't happy but no one ever got back with me. One section for return was missing an end cap. Gaps in duct work and no tape in many spots. Return wasn't close to air return on center wall. We notice this when trying to bracing our floor joist under our combo washer. We wanted heat and cool our nook and after having to tear up the floor to do foundation repair we notice that the hole and air duct was only heating and cooling between two beams and not under the crawl space. So what do you do? Fix yourself I guess... save your money and call someone who doesn't want paid upfront for work never done right or at all. Three months after system was put in we waited on air ducts to be finished and they were never finished correctly or what agreement papers stated.
