It's so easy to find critical reviews of businesses. That is why I am glad to share my good…read moreexperience with DH. They did a fairly extensive repair on my mower and got it done in half the time they estimated. I will most definitely return when I need service or new equipment. On top of making my mower function the way it did when it was new, the beast was also cleaner than when I dropped it off. No new dirt, oil, grease, etc. My only criticism is that they charge an extra 3% for paying with a card, which is OK, they lose that much to a bank for handling the transaction. I called then back, and was told "it'll probably go another year or two and when it quits we'll work with you", followed by being told in the most condescending was that they would be more likely to help me if I called, was nice, and asked them politely for help and didnt swear. I honestly done recall feeling so insulted, and as usual, as a senior female retiree, being taken advantage of. My blood is boiling How rude and condescending can they get???
