This was a very random thing. We just happened to drive by and saw the sign and we decided to swing…read moreby and check it out. We were greeted by a nice lady and my husband asked about his CPAP. Mind you, this CPAP has been giving me grief. It doesn't seem to work and hubby keeps taking it off in the middle of the night. So, I end up relocating to a different bedroom since I can never sleep with someone snoring beside me!! Anyway, the lady asked hubby to bring in his CPAP machine and took him in his office. She tested his machine and happened to have the necessary parts needed for this thing to work. I also had a nice chat with this kind guy in the office while my hubby is with the specialist. Such nice and kind people working here. And it's Dec 23rd! I never thought anything like this place would ever be open this time of the year. I'm so glad for this fortunate unplanned visit to this location. I just might get my much needed snore-less sleep tonight!

At the time, they offered the best price on premium products, i.e. Viper, and my wife and I were very impressed with the service they provided. Recently, we had trouble with the phone app, receiving a communication error. My wife spent an hour plus on the phone, only to be told to take it to the installer. Long story short, after spending a considerable amount of time on the phone with the provider, Jonathan was able to get the system rebooted and all is back to normal. The fact that he could have just told me that I needed to replace the mobile unit, at my own expense, but didn't, only reaffirms my initial satisfaction with them as a business. They do it the way it should be done.
