It's either poorly stocked or being used as a loading dock for other departments. The only time I've seen it cleaned up was when cooperate people were walking around inspecting... go figure Otherwise it's always trashed. One time I was trapped in between some pallets and a bunch of carts and employee had put whenever I went in to get some men's running shorts. The 3rd and last time I went I brought the person with The Wallet . we went up to the sales counter where an old women was standing with her head down. After 5 minutes we said Excuse me? She never even looked up. I would have thought her dead but the phone rang and she answered it! She looked right at us! So since then we have found companies who actually want our money.
