I see someone with a 1 star review, but I can't say I'm surprised by the way that person gives Every business they encounter a 1 star review...sad how some people are here just to vent their frustration and not give local businesses a fair and impartial review. Check this place out for yourself to see the truth in the middle. My only concern with this location is the employees are not always so friendly and will actively avoid customers lol. So your best bet to getting assistance is asking the cashier. Oh they have great starter tools that are plug in, in case you're looking for good quality tool that won't break the bank. Just be aware that the furniture that they sell, and the large rugs, appear sometimes to be seconds . . . with minor imperfections or dents and dings, but can be repaired easily making it a good purchase. The sales people that I have encountered are always friendly and often times when there are sales, they actually come up and give you a coupon. I have also ordered online at Kirkland's and you can get free shipping to the store. I also really like that. Returns are easy and I have purchased quite a few things for my home from this Kirkland store. That being said, some of the items in the store are not always quality items. I have found other retailers in the area that actually sell better quality merchandise and more economical merchandise as well. But they are merchandised very well and it is easy to shop there.
