I am taking time out to write this review because of the stunning arrangement I just received. It is literally 2 1/2 feet wide by 3 feet tall. The roses are impeccable and the tasteful display of various types of flowers and greenery is breathtaking! When the arrangement arrived, it had coral colored lilies which I am allergic to. The delivery driver immediately called the manager and he insisted that the arrangement be brought back to the store and they would replace it with something else. When the arrangement arrived shortly after, they had been replaced with beautiful Gerber daisies. when I tried to hit the driver, he insisted it wasn't necessary, and I insisted it was! I called this morning and spoke with Brandon. I wanted to tell him how impressed I was with their service and the "stunning" arrangement they had done. These were a gift from my best friend for my birthday. She lives out of state and told me that she had a great conversation with Brandon over the phone. She wanted some extra special and he more than del delivered. I would highly recommend Anne Marie's florist to anyone. I certainly will be using them in the future! read more

I have found a new favorite florist, and will never go anywhere else again! With less than a week's notice, and only an over-the-phone vague description (on my end), I requested, from CA, an arrangement that would knock my Mom's socks off for her 80th birthday, since I was not able to be there with her because of the pandemic. What arrived at her home not only met all of my needs, it went well above-and-beyond anything either she or I could ever have imagined! The irises alone were astounding - I never saw anything so large (see hand for comparison). I couldn't have asked for anything more, and I wished they would deliver out here across the country for my husband to treat me! Holy cow, Anna Marie's is INCREDIBLE. I have used this business for the past decade to send my mother flowers in JC. Their arrangements are easily the most aesthetically gorgeous and luxurious -- and surprisingly inexpensive -- that I have encountered from any florist, compared to those I've worked with in DC, Boston, NYC, Atlanta. How do I know they're this good? Mom sends me pictures of the arrangements each time she gets them, and I get follow-up reports on how gorgeous they've remained and how long they've lasted in the following days-weeks. What I like about their arrangements is that they're not full of filler or ugly things (I'm talking to you, carnations, astromelia, mums, anything dyed), they're not arranged into weird pyramids or put into a choke-hold in some crap vase, and they don't add in teddy bears, sparklers, balloons, or cutesie junk. Their work is beautiful, composed, classic -- think Elle Decor, not Women's Day. To boot, their service is superlative. They'll deliver for a small fee usually within the day, or certainly by the next. They are gentle, courteous, and informative on the phone, and take the time to go over the flowers they have in-house, or soon coming in. I tell them the price I'd like to pay (I usually go for the $50 mark) and the flowers I'd like/want to avoid. They'll then arrange something incorporating a lot of everything we've discussed, and they'll supplement it with complementary flowers to round it out. The result: a ginormo-whopper bouquet and a very happy momma. Keep up the great work, Anna Maria's! I will keep coming back! read more

Unbelievable Quality and Service. I used this florist during the two years my wife and I lived in Johnson City and they never failed to deliver breath taking results. I have yet to find another florist that compares to them when it comes to stunning arrangements. Recently we called to order something for a small family funeral service. When I called, I was told that the best they could do at that time was a plant or a poinsettia. I opted for the poinsettia. They stated they had some "nice, multi bloom ones in the $45, $55, and $65 price range. We chose the $65 range and asked for a nice large one. The lady assured me it would be. When we arrived at the church, we were very disappointed as it was a pretty small poinsettia, in probably a 5-6 inch pot and probably only 12 inches in diameter. We did not feel that it was anywhere worth $65! I guess we'll just chalk it up to "a bad last minute idea". But we will not use or recommend this florist. read more
