I ordered what, on their web site, was described as a 12-rose arrangement for my new wife for our first Valentine's Day together. The picture on the site was beautiful. The description sounded very good. What was delivered was a wilted six-rose arrangement with a bunch of desiccated filler plants. It was a mess. I called to complain. After several minutes of discussion, they agreed the arrangement I received wasn't as pictured or described. I was offered a 50 percent credit of the arrangement cost on my next order. Since the delivered arrangement was not even marginally acceptable, it didn't meet the substitution policy on their website, and I planned on never ordering from them again, I declined and requested a refund. They declined. I asked for a 50 percent credit. They declined. I recommend that anyone ordering flowers try another store.
