We had the car crammed full of our things and 2 dogs, and Joe was kind enough to remove the damaged tire, put the spare on and then he lugged the tire back to the shop for us. Not only did they quickly repair and refill the tire, they would not allow us to pay them for the service! They sent us off with a gesture of "safe travels". I ended up calling Rusty's as a referral from my Body shop manager. I do not regret the call. Not only did they save me a few hundred dollars for install, it was done in a few hours. Everyone there were courteous and talkative with customers, telling us/them every detail of work and cost, which is great. No surprises. Then just had a front end problem which was an emergency. I pulled in and Wayne who did my front end was in the front and remembered installing the front end. I went to personally thank him for a quick and great job. So I guess left an impression of gratitude. I digress. lol. So Wayne said lets take a ride and with in minutes knew I needed a new wheel bearing. Good thing, because it was dangerous to drive.
