Unfortunately it wasn't fixed and I was told they couldn't even power it up. I guess I wasn't too surprised. But I was very disappointed when I took the phone to another local one-man shop and asked if there was anything he could do to get the pictures, contacts, and Notes from the phone. He opened the phone while I was there and it was nasty. While Foxpaw apparently did open the phone based the fact that the exterior screws were not replaced, that appears to be the only thing done. The phone was clearly not cleaned, nor did it appear to have been further dismantled to do a proper clean. As the gentleman removed several more components from the inside of the phone, a small pile of salt and other residues slowly accumulated on his work station. Thanks Foxpaw for charging me $50 for removing those tiny little special screws from the outside case, but especially for making me think the phone was at least cleaned and decominated as soon as possible to prevent further corrosion.

I had some problems with the screen like it being a weird blue color and the calibration off, but I did not want to take it back there thinking the reason my screen acted like that was because it was an aftermarket screen. A few months later I picked my phone up off the counter and the screen was completely broken- not shattered, but lines going all throughout my screen. I contacted FoxPaw since my screen was still under a 1 year warranty, and they told me they could fix it. I drove two hours to get to FoxPaw only for them to tell me that the damage done to the LCD was "user's fault" and the "manufacturer would laugh at them if they tried to repair this screen." They said they could knock off 10% of ANOTHER repair price so it would have been another $100 to get my phone fixed! I bought a new screen and repaired the phone myself for $40. When I opened my phone up, turns out multiple screws were in the wrong places, and one screw had come loose and was lodged into the back of the LCD right where the crack was. Thank you FoxPaw for not fixing my phone, but rather breaking it. Do not recommend. Better off doing it yourself.

I asked the associate, Maria F., who happened to be the manager if it included a screen protector and was told no. Since this was for a 7 yr old and we didn't have time to order from Amazon before our trip, I also purchased the screen protector. When the manager was putting the case on the phone, a screen protector was also included. So I asked if we could return the other screen protector that was bought. I was told that they do not allow refunds but can put a credit on our account. It is almost a month later and still no credit. I have called and was told that they can't access my account over the phone. I came in the store and spoke with an employee named Emma. After spending 30 min in the store while she chatted with customer service and texting the manager that supposedly issued the credit, she was unable to help me. I was told that the manager, Maria would be back tomorrow to call customer service again and issue the credit. I asked if they could let me know if this was able to be done by a phone call because I have classes in Knoxville for the rest of the week and would not be able to come in person. I was told no that I would have to come in. What the hell man!! Just give me my credit for the product that was returned!! This is ridiculous. I've escalated it to corporate and hopefully I will eventually get the credit. This is ridiculous for just $20. I do not recommend this location at all. Super unprofessional and not knowledgeable about their business or products. They are not there to help the customers, only make profit from them. Follow up I called to check today to see if Maria called customer service to have the credit applied and still nothing. When I tried to call the store, Emma the associate yelled over the phone and hung up on me twice. This is super unprofessional. They stole my money essentially because I still have no credit on my account and I do not have the product. I do not recommend this location at all. If you are a cricket wireless customer please go to any other location but this one you will only be greeted by unprofessional unknowledgeable people that are only out to profit from you. I finally had to contact the cricket wireless corporate and received my credit within minutes. I reported the unprofessionalism of this location. This was ridiculous to have dealt with over such a small amount of money.

Once it is in their greedy little hands you can never get it back. Apparently NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON that works for this company is qualified to refund money. I recommend you go to Straighttalk or anywhere other than Cricket. Worse mobile service ever.

First they sent us a modem we didn't need and then wanted us to give them the modem we purchased in exchange. We finally got that straightened out. Then we lost our Internet service because we were told our modem was too old for them to ping. Next we were sent a bill for equipment we didn't return after we were specifically told they did not want their the equipment for their old service back. It had been sitting in our garage for nearly 20 years. Next we relented and agreed to use their modem which it was supposed to activate using the Spectrum app, which of course it does not so in the last three days we have had to call technical support twice and have them get things working. Today it took approximately 45 minutes for the tech to get us back online. The single good thing about Spectrum is once you finally get through the techs on the phone are great. They are extremely patient and give clear instructions. so in the end I guess Spectrum's clown show at least gave us a chance to experience good tech support! The single thing I would suggest is not to waste time with Spectrum's online chats and chat bot responses. They are redundant and circular. Call them on the phone. PS. You will need your account number and security code.
