Was having an issue with my iPhone 14 battery. Stopped in and asked the employee (didn't get his…read morename), if he could help. Yes, but didn't have the battery in stock. Came back the next day to see if he would call the Bristol store, to see if they have a battery for my phone. He said that he had two batteries over-nighted. Was able to fix my phone in about an hour. Awesome job guys. Thanks.

We picked it up, took it home and tried to use it a few hours later and while it was now charging, there was no sound. They fixed one problem but created another. I called them and told them they needed to fix the issue they created, I also told them we would not be paying for their mistake. 2 days later, it was done, never received a call (again), we had to keep checking on them. Save yourself a lot of hassle and take your broken devices elsewhere. ***UPDATE*** In response to the owner: .....The facts are, No voice mails were left, you fixed one issue only to cause another which took days to resolve and cost us much more time, gas expense for going back and forth, wear and tear on a vehicle.I know you don't take these things into consideration so you can stop the BS. My review is a factual account of our experience, period. ***Update #2*** I had to block the so called owner from messaging me due to personal attacks. This is how he reacts to a negative review!. this should tell you everything you need to know about this person and business.

I ordered two key fobs from this store. They were to be programmed for my car. When they came in, I…read morescheduled an appointment. The technician could not program them because his equipment need a programming update. I rescheduled the appointment to the following Friday. Then, that Friday, I got a phone call that the technician had to go to a meeting and no one else was available until the following week. I rescheduled the appointment to Thursday in the following week. However, I went in Saturday after that Friday and asked why they couldn't have scheduled sooner. The staff had no idea. I just got my money back. I'll still buy batteries there, but wouldn't recommend them for reprogramming key fobs.

..Buyer Beware ! Most if not all of the big name phone companies have a store. Inside the store;…read morethe business is geared to selling phone service and telephones; a few carry accessories. ..T Mobile is no different. The phones the company have sold me and the phone service are all set up to benefit the telephone company; not me, the consumer. .. All of the phones I have purchased from T Mobile have one thing in common, they stop working or are not functioning after a few months. In short, the company has a very obvious plan to get you back in the store, quite soon, to buy another phone. This is a business plan and it's a huge part of their store traffic. ... All of the phone companies offer 'plans.' The plan they have is better known as 'how much can they get away with; often called a shake down of customers ( bank accounts ). The store never posts their different level of consumer options for phone service. *** In addition, the lowest priced plan is never mentioned in a casual conversation with any agent.*** The plans are neatly tucked away on the internet; where a person must know beforehand what is and what isn't, or they are at the mercy of the store clown. ... Sound familiar? Buyer Beware; you're getting what is known as the 'all in one source' or the 'one stop shopping' experience. The buyer is paying for the convenience; out of the wallet and into their corporate earnings. .. BUYER BEWARE..
