He was fair and ran down the list of factors that influenced his pricing and what he would need to do to get my PC up and working. We communicated back and forth throughout the process and he was able to build my computer in just two days, which included moving parts over from another case and building the rest of it from scratch with a new case. The result was a 70 lb titan of a gaming PC, which he allowed me to use his dolly to move, and I'm using it now with 0 issues and exceptional performance. Bob was trustworthy, honest, fair and shrewd throughout this process. I would not trust anyone else as much as I trust him and intend to go back to his shop if I ever need further assistance. I had printed my labels and since the boxes were already in the car, they were big. I figured I could label them when I got there. Well of course the lady was very rude and was obviously upset that we weren't using her services and they were returned and refused to let us use the tape that was sitting right there to put our labels on. Luckily we had a tape dispenser in our car which we did put the labels on. Her whole demeanor and tone was very nerve-wracking and upsetting. We were going to eat in town but after this horrible experience I really don't even feel like going back. I pray that she can get rid of the Stony heart. I called Phyllis and asked her to hem them to the same length. She said she could and to drop them off. As other reviewers noted, Phyllis works out of a studio next to her home. She said she would call me when they were done and provide a cost at that time. The price for the alterations was very reasonable and made my West Elm purchase 100% worth it! The curtains are hanging in my office and they are just the right length. A great experience with Phyllis' Alterations and I will be back!
