I was just looking for a simple lighter but when I open the door and walked in and got a big friendly hello from Cindy and saw just how incredible the place was I decided to see what they truly had to offer. They have a wide variety and selection and informed me that they are updating everything online shortly because they have a whole new set of wires and now everybody has to be 21 or over which for me is a good thing, because he saw the young people from annoying me hahaha. My kids and family break them pretty regularly, I will save up 3 or 4 broken ones and take them all to get fixed at the same time. I normally use cell repair shops, but I saw Batteries Plus, and I figured I would give them a try. They wanted 50-100 dollars more than any other place. I decided to give it a go with my 8th gen iPad. A little over two hundred dollars seemed steep, but, I was OK with it if they were going to use quality parts. They did it fast enough... I came back and checked it out, but I made a huge mistake. I used the power button to turn the iPad on, not the home button. This lead me to forget to test the home button. The screen works fine, but they destroyed the home button. It won't push like it did, it wobbles, and it takes 3 - 4 tries to get it to work, sometimes more. THEY HAD TO KNOW they didn't repair it correctly, yet they said nothing. I've had shops put in digitizers that had dead spots, and pitted sub-quality glass. This is just as blatant, no pride in the work they did. I paid more than $200 and received something broken in return. I set the IPad in a drawer and did not use it for a month, I get it out today and the screen has separated at the bottom edge. 2 Strikes, other shops in Greeneville and Johnson City, TN, charge up to eighty dollars less for the same service.

I was told during the process that we were REQUIRED to add insurance to the phone. And also the Next Up Anytime was added to our current plan for her phone. I was not asked if I wanted this. I called AT&T and was told I did not have to purchase insurance as a requirement to upgrade her phone and I should have been asked if we wanted Next Up Anytime. I was also told the authorized dealer stores (like this one) have been doing this and they have to credit people's account. If you use this store (or any other authorized dealers), make sure they aren't adding insurance or other add-on's to your plan.

Verizon on E. Stone had given me the run around with my iPhone. They sent me out of the store twice…read moreunable to fix my issue. I thought I would try this store and hoped for different results. WOW. It was like night and day. Dacoda was the most patient Verizon consultant I have EVER dealt with. He worked with me through all the issues, and even kept the store open late to make sure all of my phone was transferred over after I had such an awful time with my replacement phone. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were taken care of and that I left there with a fully functioning phone, happy and no longer frustrated. I was so touched my his kindness and patience. I wish all employees were as good as this guy. He handled all my problems with ease, when at the other store they couldn't even help! I had spent a whole Saturday before dealing with E Stone, a whole evening myself, and an hour that morning dealing with customer service on the phone without resolution, but Dacoda solved issues seamlessly!
