WOW. It was like night and day. Dacoda was the most patient Verizon consultant I have EVER dealt with. He worked with me through all the issues, and even kept the store open late to make sure all of my phone was transferred over after I had such an awful time with my replacement phone. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were taken care of and that I left there with a fully functioning phone, happy and no longer frustrated. I was so touched my his kindness and patience. I wish all employees were as good as this guy. He handled all my problems with ease, when at the other store they couldn't even help! I had spent a whole Saturday before dealing with E Stone, a whole evening myself, and an hour that morning dealing with customer service on the phone without resolution, but Dacoda solved issues seamlessly! Someone give the guy a raise. He deserves it.

I requested installation and the joker on the phone set it all up and even MAILED ME THE MODEM BEFORE DETERMINING WHETHER OR NOT THEY COULD ACTUALLY FULFILL MY SERVICE. I contacted these conning motherfuckers on 3 separate occasions to tell them to send me shipping labels to send their garbage back to them but they NEVER sent any labels even though their LYING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS swore they mailed them to me. They're only tasking it that way so they can send billing notices to those who still have their modems after a month's time in hopes they can make money off people FOR PROVIDING ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER. You're busted assholes. If you're looking for decent service at a competitive price, by any means, look elsewhere. These clowns haven't the first clue.

Before getting this iPhone, my parents only used flip phones. The thought of getting her first smart phone in her 70s really stressed/scared my mom so much. Well, over the years she became more comfortable; she still only knows the iPhone basics tho lol. She is extremely hesitant of any change. Trying to teach and guide my mom over the phone, with 1000+ miles between us...not easy lol but she's a trooper. With all this said, in June of this year, because I procrastinated with getting the T-Mobile sim card switched over, my mom lost service. She panicked as she did not have a landline. Also she drives a great deal daily. (This is why I insisted getting her an unlimited data/internet mobile phone.) Unfortunately, there was no way I could walk my mom through switching the sim card herself. I immediately called T-Mobile on E Stone Drive. I was blessed that the manager Brandon answered. I wanted to make an appt for my mom to come in. I needed the staff to be patient....very patient as English is my mom's second language and she was nervous. Brandon assured me they would have no problem helping my mom asap. He put my mind to ease. When my mom arrived; I was put on speaker phone briefly to keep me updated. My mom called me after to say how everything went quickly & so smoothly. She was relieved & said Brandon & his staff was wonderful and very nice to her. :) I'm so sorry this is a book as I rarely do reviews....but it so important for me to share this & to publicly say Thank You to the Kingsport E Stone T-Mobile store from my family all the way from Texas!!!

First they sent us a modem we didn't need and then wanted us to give them the modem we purchased in exchange. We finally got that straightened out. Then we lost our Internet service because we were told our modem was too old for them to ping. Next we were sent a bill for equipment we didn't return after we were specifically told they did not want their the equipment for their old service back. It had been sitting in our garage for nearly 20 years. Next we relented and agreed to use their modem which it was supposed to activate using the Spectrum app, which of course it does not so in the last three days we have had to call technical support twice and have them get things working. Today it took approximately 45 minutes for the tech to get us back online. The single good thing about Spectrum is once you finally get through the techs on the phone are great. They are extremely patient and give clear instructions. so in the end I guess Spectrum's clown show at least gave us a chance to experience good tech support! The single thing I would suggest is not to waste time with Spectrum's online chats and chat bot responses. They are redundant and circular. Call them on the phone. PS. You will need your account number and security code.

Then, that Friday, I got a phone call that the technician had to go to a meeting and no one else was available until the following week. I rescheduled the appointment to Thursday in the following week. However, I went in Saturday after that Friday and asked why they couldn't have scheduled sooner. The staff had no idea. I just got my money back. I'll still buy batteries there, but wouldn't recommend them for reprogramming key fobs.

The store never posts their different level of consumer options for phone service. *** In addition, the lowest priced plan is never mentioned in a casual conversation with any agent.*** The plans are neatly tucked away on the internet; where a person must know beforehand what is and what isn't, or they are at the mercy of the store clown. ... Sound familiar? Buyer Beware; you're getting what is known as the 'all in one source' or the 'one stop shopping' experience.
