These pictures included a deceased family member and these were my only photos. I had hooked it up with my Gmail account at one time, however since I had gotten on my new phone it switched it over. A few people who had a similar problem happen to them and the people at T-Mobile unlocked their phone and got their photos. Well. I went in to this location since I was leaving the lower 48 and we have no stores up in Alaska (where I live). I asked them and they began questioning me. Accused me of stealing my own phone. Even though the background was of me and my significant other. Are you serious? I told them just to give it back. That's ridiculous and very unprofessional. It was even still hooked up to my T-Mobile account. Absolutely outrageous. I would say politeness should be taught to your employees.

Stay Away -- Garbage Service & Useless Store…read more Verizon's service in this area is a joke. Upload speeds barely hit 1 Mbps, which makes sending a photo or making a video call almost impossible. Completely unreliable. And the Clear Creek Rd store? Just as bad. They'll happily sell you service they know doesn't work here -- then ghost you when it fails. No solutions, no accountability, just sales pressure. Dishonest, unhelpful, and borderline scammy. Don't waste your money or time.
