I was just looking for a simple lighter but when I open the door and walked in and got a big friendly hello from Cindy and saw just how incredible the place was I decided to see what they truly had to offer. They have a wide variety and selection and informed me that they are updating everything online shortly because they have a whole new set of wires and now everybody has to be 21 or over which for me is a good thing, because he saw the young people from annoying me hahaha. But I would wholeheartedly tell my friends about this place and recommend it to anyone who is looking for an incredible variety and an even friendlier atmosphere!!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING AN IPAD FIXED AT THIS STORE…read more I have been waiting to get some iPads fixed. My kids and family break them pretty regularly, I will save up 3 or 4 broken ones and take them all to get fixed at the same time. I normally use cell repair shops, but I saw Batteries Plus, and I figured I would give them a try. They wanted 50-100 dollars more than any other place. I decided to give it a go with my 8th gen iPad. A little over two hundred dollars seemed steep, but, I was OK with it if they were going to use quality parts. They did it fast enough... I came back and checked it out, but I made a huge mistake. I used the power button to turn the iPad on, not the home button. This lead me to forget to test the home button. The screen works fine, but they destroyed the home button. It won't push like it did, it wobbles, and it takes 3 - 4 tries to get it to work, sometimes more. THEY HAD TO KNOW they didn't repair it correctly, yet they said nothing. I've had shops put in digitizers that had dead spots, and pitted sub-quality glass. This is just as blatant, no pride in the work they did. I paid more than $200 and received something broken in return. I set the IPad in a drawer and did not use it for a month, I get it out today and the screen has separated at the bottom edge. 2 Strikes, other shops in Greeneville and Johnson City, TN, charge up to eighty dollars less for the same service.

Nowadays, love for Anime and Gaming has become more of a universal thing. Out of curiosity, I decided to Google how my of the United States of America was into Anime and Gaming. It shows 72% of the US Population enjoys Anime while 65% enjoy video games. So here's a good question. If we have so many Anime/Gaming lovers in the US, why isn't there MORE stores that focus on that? Hot Topic is one of those stores that focuses on Anime/Gaming culture. And it makes me happy a place like this exists. As someone who likes to go out in cosplay on a daily basis, I can truly appreciate a place like this. What I can appreciate even more, is someone who is not only willing able to put up with my Shenanigans, but embrace it. I brought in my Giant Lucario plush the other day, and the staff was super chill with it. They even helped me get some amazing artistic shots of my Lucario for my eventually Instagram account called Artistic Lucario. Attached to this review is the picture we took. As far as the merchandise goes, they have a little bit of everything here. The store is a bit on the small side, but the variety in their inventory is not. They also charge a fair price for their wares. I'm going to give this place 5 stars out of 5 stars. I love this store!
