Terrible service. There was a black girl and a white girl working when I went in. The black girl immediately said what do you need and my friend and I both said we both need phone cases. She grabbed his phone and opened up a case pack and slung his phone in the case and said is this what you want? Totally ignoring me he didn't know what to say. I said I need one to she she done the same thing, opened a pack and threw a case on mine handed me the pack and my phone and said here you go. I went to the register and told the other girl that I also needed a screen protector and she put one on. I paid and left. Then realized that the case she put on my phone did not fit properly. Needless to say I dropped my 800$ phone that same night and went back to get a new screen protector because it busted mine and I took the case and returned it. I was trying to save some money because it was 1/3 the price it would have been at Verizon to purchase a case for 40$. Today I will go purchase that case and will never step foot in cell world again. read more
