The description sounded very good. What was delivered was a wilted six-rose arrangement with a bunch of desiccated filler plants. It was a mess. I called to complain. After several minutes of discussion, they agreed the arrangement I received wasn't as pictured or described. I was offered a 50 percent credit of the arrangement cost on my next order. Since the delivered arrangement was not even marginally acceptable, it didn't meet the substitution policy on their website, and I planned on never ordering from them again, I declined and requested a refund. They declined. I asked for a 50 percent credit. They declined. I recommend that anyone ordering flowers try another store.

I went into this location with a plumber that is upgrading the plumbing in my entire house. After collecting our needed supplies, we went to check out. Waited patiently for the cashier clerk "Allison" to complete everything. (Now keep in mind I have not shopped Lowe's in a very long time) She gave me the total (several hundreds of dollars) I pulled out my wallet to pay and I asked if they still gave Military discounts, (so obviously it's been a while since I have shopped apparently the only way that they will honor your military ID now is if they can scan a copy of your DDForm 214, she told me that Lowe's did not recognize a VA card or my military ID as a sufficient way to award a measly 10% discount. If that is the way this company is going to treat a 8 year Gulf War Veteran then I will NOT return back to another Lowe's period because of this. Unless I am going to open a store credit card then my personal information isn't needed. Oh...and to beat it all, I asked her if she could please give me her store manager's information because I would like to leave some feed back. Her reply was " All the information that you need is right there on that sign. It has his name, and will even show you what he looks like" as she pointed behind me and blowing out air very loud. I am very disappointed in her customer service, actions like this would not be permitted back when I use to be an employee of Lowe's several years ago. I was recently shopping for some LVT flooring when the sales associate, James approached me and asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he said he would try to help me. James took me to the product and explained the options that were available in the store and choices that would have to be ordered. While he was explaining this, Audrey, another associate joined our conversation. She commented she was fairly new and was trying to learn as much as she could. Both James and Audrey were both very helpful. I ended up purchasing 350 sq ft of LVP for a basement project. I asked both of them if they would load 23 boxes of flooring on a dolly and load it into by vehicle. Both of them answered absolutely and this is exactly what they did. Having been a materials and customer service manager in my working career I really appreciated the treatment I received from James and Audrey. Okay - if you are reading this I am sure you are pissed that your phone (life-line) is not working…read moreor you are one of millions that have cracked your screen. We rely on our mobile phones 24 x 7 and it is really a critical aspect of our daily lives. First off don't be like me and get out of the habit of a daily back-up - in my case I was fixing my phone just to recover all the information to sync with a new phone and then sell the fixed one. So what did a think of CPR? They were very professional - they will ask you for a deposit to work on your phone and you will sign a service order that says if you don't pick up your phone in 30 days they own it. I came in for a repair on a crack screen on my iPhone 5s. It was not the typical repair tho as my battery had expanded after an extended charge cracking and pushing out the screen requiring a replacement but also for a new battery. Total cost was just over $150 which is more then the value of the phone - but of course not my data. Based on looking at all the local reviews and calling all the places for over the phone price estimates I picked CPR. The location is very convenient in Johnson City and the hours are good staying open until 7PM. The repair was done the same day which is very good!! See my checklist for what all was checked as part of the repair. They also give you a lifetime limited warranty - read the fine print .. I doubt many customers will need it. This is a franchise which I think is actually a good thing for this type of service. I think there are allot of fly by night places that do repairs. Overall I think the prices they offered were within the market norms .. not the lowest but a quality based priced with a solid guarantee.
