On 5-13-25, I bought a pre-assembled CharBroil gas grill (on sale for $50 off regular price). When I got it home, I found: 2 parts installed backwards, 2 parts missing, & 1 part only connected on 1 end. I had to go back on 5-14-25 to scavenge a missing part from 1 of their other grills. I don't know when you started teaming up with Angie's for all installation products, but It has cost you a loyal customer of 33 yrs. Who has spent thousands of dollars especially at the Jonesborough Tennessee location. I bought a new Kohler toilet.Iask if they could install it. Yes we out source with Angie home improvement. I will make this the date given was 3 days later. After anout 4 text changing the time and the last one being at 8p.m. and then a complete no show with no call or explanation. Next day I call Angie's to see what happened with no explanation but so sorry! They give me a new appt. For 3 days later and no charge. To compensate. @3:00p.m. I ask for momore texts just call if a problem. Wiil changed window of time text 3 times. Went back to original time of 3:00p.m. and at 3:05 texted appt. Has been cancelled and rescheduled for 5 days later. I called refused and demanded a refund! I paid cash but it will take 5 days to get the refund approved and ready. If Lowe's doesnt take back charge of their own customer service, all of their stores will be closing instead of just 50. read more

Not good for a description in the rating is an understatement with this store. Had a patio door scheduled for delivery three different times and failed everytime. Tried calling customer service, all they are is a glorified switchboard operator that sends you to departments with apparently no employees. Heck, I even tried to contact the Assistant and Store Manager, guess what, nothing. I used to spend quite a bit of money at this store, especially for flowers and such, but in the good words of a true hillbilly - not no more. Coporate is next on the contact list. I advise anyone that has something delivered to call a day or two prior to delivery and reiterate the importance of having the product there to install, shocker. #neveranymoremoneyspentatloweswhatabunchoffucktards read more

The Lowe's and everyone there especially Haley are the absolute best! I recently purchased an entire kitchen of new appliances, privacy fence and Samsung front load washer and gas dryer. Everything is great except the washer which has a defective cold water intake valve. I called Samsung Customer Service which was horrible and I then drove to Lowes. I am so grateful for how Lowe's worked with me and Lowe's Customer Service and Haley are the best! Thank you Lowe's and Haley! read more

Just want to say Thank You to Kendal in the paint department for going above and beyond in customer service for my husband and I this past Sunday. Her and another gentlemen in the paint department worked together to find us some paint that we needed for our doors and shutters and when we thought you all were out of it, Kendal found it in another location and then looked for us in the store until she found us to give us the two quarts of paint.... now that's what I call Great Customer Service. We actually live closer to the Johnson City Lowes, but I think we may take the extra drive to this Lowes from now on. read more

I went into this location with a plumber that is upgrading the plumbing in my entire house. After collecting our needed supplies, we went to check out. Waited patiently for the cashier clerk "Allison" to complete everything. (Now keep in mind I have not shopped Lowe's in a very long time) She gave me the total (several hundreds of dollars) I pulled out my wallet to pay and I asked if they still gave Military discounts, (so obviously it's been a while since I have shopped Lowe's) apparently the only way that they will honor your military ID now is if they can scan a copy of your DDForm 214, she told me that Lowe's did not recognize a VA card or my military ID as a sufficient way to award a measly 10% discount. If that is the way this company is going to treat a 8 year Gulf War Veteran then I will NOT return back to another Lowe's period because of this. Unless I am going to open a store credit card then my personal information isn't needed. Oh...and to beat it all, I asked her if she could please give me her store manager's information because I would like to leave some feed back. Her reply was " All the information that you need is right there on that sign. It has his name, and will even show you what he looks like" as she pointed behind me and blowing out air very loud. I am very disappointed in her customer service, actions like this would not be permitted back when I use to be an employee of Lowe's several years ago. We bought a riding mower and the fail button under the seat failed and caused serious injury to my leg. They told us keep the medical bills and they would pay, and they would keep the mower there (and we checked twice). Now that my care is over and I have permanent damage, their claims refused to pay and told us prove it. Classy there Lowes...thanks.... read more

Lowe's pushes buying the extended warranty, but good luck getting your appliance fixed. I bought a Bosch dishwasher that went bad after about 9 months. They have sent service out many times. No one can fix it. Lowe's refuses to replace it until you jump through all of their hoops and probably not even then. I am still waiting after months of visits from 3 repair services. I bought it in Jonesborough, Tn. The poor service does reflect on the local stores even if they are not directly involved, they are still pushing their worthless warranties. Not happy. read more

I may now be known as the crazy washer lady at the Lowe's in Boone, NC, but I can't say enough about the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from David in the appliance center and the management in this store! After my top-loader washing machine died in November, I purchased a LG front loader from Lowe's. And after a week. . .I just wasn't happy. . .clothes and detergent pods kept getting stuck in the little rubber groove. Lowe's took back the LG washer and I purchased a Whirlpool HE top loader. Well, let's just say, the new top loaders without an agitator just don't clean well. But I was determined to give this washer a chance. But after six weeks I figured I was stuck with this machine. My husband insisted that I talk to someone at Lowe's. David, in appliances, checked with his manager. . .they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. . .and would gladly take back this washer too! Wow! I was literally moved to tears. . .I was so relieved. . .that I wouldn't be doing laundry for the next 10 years with a product that I hated. I did my homework this time and bought the #1 front loader machine suggested by Consumer Reports. Lowe's delivered my new Maytag Front Loader last week, and after a couple of #$% disastrous loads (all due to operator error) I love the new washer. . .AND LOWE'S! read more
