Im a disabled veteran with back issues and I guess he assumed I was going to load it up myself. When he came over with the 2nd cart he let out a loud sign of anger. He loaded up the first amount and I opened the doors to my back seats so he could load the rest in the backseat for me. He broke my rear dashcam and didn't say a word to me, so sorry no nothing. I forgot to put that part on my survey I got after the fact. He loaded up the back seta huffing and buffing. The kind of huffing and puffing as to say screw you, you should be doing this. People pay for pickup for different reasons. This is his JOB. if he doesn't like his job he should do something else. After he was done, he didn't close any doors, I said thank you and he didn't say a word to me. He wouldn't acknowledge me at any time during the transaction, just stormed off in a huffy. On the survey it asked if you wanted a store manager to contact you and I said yes, but no one ever contacted me.

I have noticed, and employees have confirmed, to avoid the "harbor freight" brand items the quality is not so great. But their old Chicago brand stuff work great I've had several hand tools for almost 15 years that still work. Not sure what they've switch to these days. They had a section with furniture and a small assortment of kids toys and books. They had an idea area near the restrooms, and in it there was a shelf with hundreds of craft books.
