This is why no one is in your store, people can't get help to find something and the place was absolutely empty, not surprised.

Yesterday I had a unique problem with my sprinkler system, broken pipe in a very tight location. So I was looking for a special solution like a flexible pipe type for the repair. I asked for help and an young woman came and tried to help, I showed her the picture of the problem but she couldn't seem to find a solution so she called Mike, whom I got a couple of times on similar issues with plumbing, well I showed Mike the picture and said I'm looking for a suggestion on how to repair and he immediately showed me a solution with a special expandable slept device. Mike is outstanding if you need any plumbing or sprinkler or kitchen help. I highly recommend Mike and ACE hardware. Thank you Mike. Gino B

TERRIBLE Bought a…read morelawn mower that came with an extra free battery. They delivered the lawn mower and cancelled the free battery the day of delivery. Was told by customer service the only way to get the deal is to return the old lawn mower and buy the deal again. It's been over 2 months and still have not received my refund for returning the first lawn mower. I've spent 10+ hours calling and being put on hold just to be told it's been escalated and someone will reach out. With 3 kids and life happening, no this is the last damn thing I need. I just want to cut my lawn lol. Taking my business to Home Depot and Ace.

They carefully measured the windows, clearly explained the different options, and made sure the order matched exactly what the house needed--three large front windows and one large rear sliding window. The communication and coordination have been excellent, especially since I live in California and have needed to manage the Plano property remotely. The ordering and payment process went smoothly, and I have felt well informed throughout the project. I'm very pleased with the service so far and would definitely recommend Home Depot for replacement windows. Home Depot also provided excellent value. Their pricing was very competitive for the quality of the windows, professional measuring, and complete installation. I felt confident that I was getting a high-quality product at a fair price. Chappell's website claims "FREE ESTIMATES on all well services"…read more Don't believe it for a minute. I called them for an estimate to look at and repair my under- performing well pump. They sent a guy out, then mailed me a "service call" invoice for $178.20. After I sent them a letter concerning this issue, they stubbornly insist I owe them the billed amount. Be sure to double-check their math on any estimate from them. Discovered several "errors". One guess in who's favor... No resolution after 2 months, and still receiving billing invoices. Unfortunately, they are currently "the only game in town", and take advantage of that. Given a choice, I would NEVER call them again. Don't make the same mistake I did.
