I have shopped other fine stores for years on the Peninsula and SF, but here is a shop that feels different - European - this place feels unique, esp in our area. The combination of new and antique wares, the flowers, and the artistry in the store design is breathtaking. No call, nothing! I was left to find something last minute. Stems were absolutely amazing! The owner even was willing to drive an hour to get orchids to make them. I'd totally have had her do it too if I wasn't on such a time constraint. I had to have my son to Santa Cruz by 2 and we were at 1030. They made him a gorgeous carnation lei in burgundy and I had it by 1145. The staff and owner are the absolute sweetest! They went above and beyond to make sure they had a happy customer by the time we left. Where one shop lost a customer, stems gained another one!

Garden Accents had a very unique variety of Japanese zen garden statues and other types of decor for a variety of landscaping designs (not just Asian themed). But what stood out the most to me was how friendly their staff is. Also, though it may not be obvious from the freeway as you drive by, they have the most adorable gift shop, which has an enchanting zen vibe. Very large and full of unique decor items ranging from hanging glass, wood sculptures, ceramics, and a great selection of tiny fairy garden accessories. Absolutely worth the drive from anywhere!

Purchased a flexsteel sofa. Paid over $5300. This is the…read moreworst purchase I've ever made. I immediately contacted the salesman same day of delivery and expressed how dissatisfied we were. He said there is no returns and I can contact flexsteel for assistance with the sofa. I contacted them and they said we have to go through the furniture store. I'm soooooo disappointed. This looks like a piece of garbage. There's no stuffing in some cushions and the frame looks like distorted. The pics show how awful it is. We've only had it since March of 2024.
