The prices are pretty good compared to the retail value - although a lot of the inventory is there because it is slightly damaged or nearing expiration. Much of the inventory was not priced, which is always annoying in these types of stores, and some of what was is labeled with permanent marker... on the item itself! Aside from that nonsense, this is a great place to browse for something you probably don't need but just can't pass up for the price.

The location is super convenient, surrounded by great restaurants, so it's easy to make a day out of shopping. I always seem to find great deals and end up leaving with something I didn't plan to buy. I'm always a happy shopper here! The only area that could use some improvement is the customer service at the front register. On a few visits, I wasn't greeted or acknowledged, which made the experience feel a little less welcoming. A simple smile or "Hello" can go a long way and make customers feel appreciated. You never know who might walk through the door looking to purchase a large furniture piece or make a big purchase. Overall, I still enjoy shopping here because of the quality, selection, and great finds, and I'll definitely continue coming back.

1st red flag, no pictures can be taken in the store. (Instead sent pictures of dimensions.) Just refused, I think this is so I couldn't google it and see the better pricing online. They put vague names on the furniture like "sofa chair" or "sofa chaise". Great way to keep customers in the dark. 3rd red flag, he covered the terms and conditions section on the paper work with a receipt. I've always seen people staple it at the top left/right hand corners. 4th red flag, he wanted me to send him pictures of the front/back of my credit/debit card and I did what anyone would have done and said no. He got defensive. 5th red flag, he wanted to keep the copy of MY purchase receipt, for what? Don't know because he has a copy. Delayed delivery first he said that Thursday (May 8th) then it was the following Tuesday (May 13th) then on delivery day it was "we are coming between 2-4pm" then they were "coming maybe at 5pm." Couldn't shake the fact that I thought I was getting a floor model and so I wanted the sofa assembled at my home fresh out a box because the doubt was already set in at this point. When that wasn't going to happen I asked for a refund and Brandon responded with a lot of exclamation points i.e. what I think is yelling via text. So if you see the store reply to my post and get defensive take that as your sign to do business elsewhere. Shop at your own risk.

However actually purchasing with them was an absolute nightmare of an experience. I purchase two items a bunkbed, and a king size bed frame. The bunkbed arrived with chips on the ladder. The delivery person tried to tell me that it was OK that the ladder had chips and I proceeded to let him know it was not OK and I took pictures of it so that I could send it to the store themselves. Once he saw me do this then he took the ladder down and he took it back to the warehouse to fix it. I had not heard from anyone for three weeks. I finally called the furniture store to ask them where my latter was, and they immediately they immediately delivered it within 48 hours. The king size bed however, was not nearly prompt. The bed was estimated to arrive within 4 to 6 weeks. I called them nine weeks after I purchased the bed that cost me a lot of money and I was told that they had tried to get in contact with me. I had never received any missed calls or any voicemail from the furniture store. Then once I did call them and follow up the bed was delivered to me within a week but it was missing the four drawers that were at the bottom. The delivery folks had attempted to call me but hung up after one ring and left my apartment when I did not open the door. Finally, I received the drawers two weeks after the bed and even then did not receive the phone call that was promised to me on what time they were delivered the drawers. The drawers were left outside of my door and I found them when I came outside. I found the service to be very poor. The follow up on the side of the furniture store was very slow, and I had to follow up many times in order to actually receive my furniture. I would not purchase from the store.
