He said that his name Michael, but, since he doesn't wear a badge, I don't know if it true. I brought my 91 old disabled mother to choose a mattress. It was a second time we went to this store. During our first visit, the same sales person didn't really put attention to us. So, we could not find anything suitable. However, because the mattress,I bought for my mother in Los Gatos Mancini, don't work for her, and she can't tolerate long travel, we decided to try Gilroy store again. The Michael was uncooperative and rude. He said that he can't do exchange of the mattress and we should go to Los Gatos store, where it was purchased. When I asked to lower the bed base, so my mother can try the mattress, he start yelling on us, screaming that he can't lift anything and there is nobody to help. Finally he turned his back on us and left. That is completely unacceptable to treat old disabled people like that.
