My girlfriend and I were in the market for a new king bed and Mancini's Gilroy was the store that made our decision easy! A couple key points to mention for all readers! 1. Customer Service - no one can beat Mancini's customer service! David has always been in contact with us over email or phone to ensure we are happy with our purchase and make sure any issues we may have are taken care of and resolved. He has always made it a point to focus on our well being vs. any desire to increase his own commission. This felt awesome! 2. Selection - this store is massive! If you compare this to your local sleep train or mattress firm, this Mancini's has 4x the selection. We specifically wanted an Aeirloom and Mancini's was the only store that had them! 3. Set up and delivery - The delivery team was quick and knowledgeable with set up. Extremely smooth delivery and it was very timely! Only had to wait 2 days! Buying a mattress is a tough decision and one that you can have buyers regret after spending such a pretty penny, especially if you aren't 100% comfortable. With Mancini's 120 mattress exchange policy and excellent customer service, I always felt taken care of and never felt trapped with a decision I would regret. I don't want to give any star to this place. The customer service there is completely horrible. Just today we have terrible interaction with sales person of this store. He said that his name Michael, but, since he doesn't wear a badge, I don't know if it true. I brought my 91 old disabled mother to choose a mattress. It was a second time we went to this store. During our first visit, the same sales person didn't really put attention to us. So, we could not find anything suitable. However, because the mattress,I bought for my mother in Los Gatos Mancini, don't work for her, and she can't tolerate long travel, we decided to try Gilroy store again. The Michael was uncooperative and rude. He said that he can't do exchange of the mattress and we should go to Los Gatos store, where it was purchased. When I asked to lower the bed base, so my mother can try the mattress, he start yelling on us, screaming that he can't lift anything and there is nobody to help. Finally he turned his back on us and left. That is completely unacceptable to treat old disabled people like that. Came here with my wife to test some beds and window shop, left with an awesome mattress and deal. We needed to upgrade our now 7 year old matress. As we are getting older our backs need more support. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and given a tour of the showroom. Christopher was very helpful and understood what we were looking for. He spent a good amount of time with us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We finally found the perfect mattress and the price was excellent for the size and included options. We are very excited to finally get a comfy night's sleep. The Sealy particular mattress was in my eyes defective. Had the man come out. Denied a solution. Talked to Jake at the store. Got ahold of Sealy. They are standing behind their product. The customer service at this location is top notch. I've gotten my last two mattresses here. Jake and Adam are some of the two best salesmen in the business. They took care of me every step of the way. When I was looking for a new mattress, Jake showed me a couple of options based off of a couple of questions he asked. Gave me plenty of time to try the beds without being overbearing. The communication after the purchase was great too. With that said, the gentleman who helped up, Rico Fernandez went above and beyond to help us find the right mattress for us! We went in a little late in the evening and he didn't once show any agitation that we were there so late. He never rushed or pressured us to make a decision. He was one of the best sales people I have every met! We had all of our kids with us and never once was he irritated with them being there and goofing off as kids do. I first went on the website and made an appointment and answered all the questions (size of mattress, comfort level, price, ect) so they could be ready I first walked in. I was greeted by Anthony. I let him know I had an appointment and found out the website does not communicate with the store. Anthony asked all the specific questions and narrowed my search to 4 different mattresses. After trying them all out several times, I chose a mattress that was perfect for me. The mattress was is stock and able to be delivered the next day. I am now sleeping so comfortably. This location really dropped the ball on my $3k order, resulting in me completely cancelling with them and going with another company who got me the exact same product within one day. The sales people let my order be delayed for 2+ months and after me calling and following up fir 2 weeks I was told there was no ETA on my product that it was still just up in the air when I would receive it. Not only did nobody call me to tell me of this along the way, they kept stringing me along for the two weeks I relentlessly followed up with them looking for answers. No one from this store was ever pro-active about communicating with me about my mattress being lost. Ridiculously terrible service. I would never recommend this store to anyone. read more

So like most people I went I here thinking it was the Ashley Furniture store lol. I was looking around and noticed everything said Mancini's on it and thought that's weird I wonder if they sell Mancini's mattresses before realizing I was actually in a Mancini's. Anyways we had been to 2 other Ashley furniture stores and Russo's furniture as well. We found some things but everything felt so cheap. The drawers were hard to pull out and everything was so flimsy. Maybe it would last 10 years maybe not....it was questionable. Anyways at this Mancini's store we found a solid wood furniture set which had a platform bed with twice as deep pull out drawers. My only nitpicking is that it was a slightly darker color than I would have chosen and there are no choices of color. Anyways they were made in America from Red Oak and had Cedar drawers which slid out a tad better than the competition. It was really out of my girlfriend's and mines price range but we needed a chest (aka a 6 drawer vertical dresser idk why they call that a chest hahah) a 12 drawer dresser and the bed so Juan Chan the Man!! (Had to say it haha) gave us a really good deal. Plus this furniture will last our entire lifetime and that is not an exaggeration. I found a listing on Craigslist selling 75 year old solid furniture because the person who owned it past away. Solid wood is no joke! Well before jumping the gun we went online to look around. I could only find 2 other places that made solid wood furniture and what we paid for the set they were quoting for just 1 piece. So we went back to go through with the purchase 2 hours later and Juan set it all up for us. And get this to top it all off for just $40 they would deliver to us in East Garrison, (Marina) California!! This place rocks!! I will be back for sure! read more

Anthony was excellent! I traveled 3 hours to Gilroy to help a senior family member choose a new mattress. I called the day before to make an appointment. I explained what we were looking for and asked him to get things ready for our appointment to save time. When we arrived, Anthony had every thing ready for us and locked the door so my senior family member would have a private, safe shopping experience. They had PPE products at the front door and Anthony wore a mask and definitely physically distanced himself from us.
