It was my first visit to your restaurant though my wife has been here before with friends. Chad was our server. He pleasantly explained the drink and dining menus and took good care of us all evening. My bride had her favorite drink, The French Martini, and you guys nailed it for her! I was very happy with the 2025 Pils. Dinner was amazing, Skirt steak for her, brisket for me with Yukon potatoes following salads for both of us. The quality and taste of the food was great and makes us want to come back and sample other dishes. We received great service and a nice complimentary glass of champagne (with Ho-Ho's) to finish our celebration. At the end of the evening we received a big surprise when Chad came over with news that we had no bill to pay as my wife's daughter and her husband had secretly called to pay the tab! At the end of the call, they tell me everything is resolved and they will ship out by the end of the day. Well, its two weeks after initial placement of the order and I find the order was cancelled. Again, they did not bother to tell me it was cancelled. Had to call to find that out. Item was out of stock...something they could have told me at any point instead of having me wait two weeks. She spent time explaining the string trimmer landscape to another customer and I. After her talk, we were very informed and much more comfortable with our choices and options. I don't know what the other customer purchased but I selected a Milwaukee M18 FUEL model and am very satisfied with it. I'm only sorry I didn't get the lady's name that spoke to us. My thanks to the Shorewood Home Depot for hiring this person.
