The website stated that there was an ongoing promotion discounting mulch to $2.99 per bag but the store rang up $4.99 per bag. The store manager told me there was nothing he could do about it because I bought so many bags, despite the website noting there was a 50 bag max. I called the customer care team later that day and they also refused to honor the store's false advertisement. I am extremely disappointed in how the store manager and corporate customer care team have treated this situation. Ace has lost a once loyal customer. I will never be spending my hard earned money there again
