Their checkout is really bad though. I dislike standing in a long line because of painful back trouble. They let the line get really long, then play favorites with who can go next, leaving me waiting in severe pain. When I made a complaint, both staff and customers were sarcastic and nasty about it. This was super helpful and freed up our hands as well ended up finding many Royal Haeger treasures. Once they knew we were set on the pieces they began wrapping and boxing our items carefully while we finished shopping. It was easy to be wrung up and they were the kindest people.
