The store has everything a typical Hobby Lobby has (I've been to Hobby Lobbys all over the USA). The staff is helpful if you ask questions or need to find something. Their checkout is really bad though. I dislike standing in a long line because of painful back trouble. They let the line get really long, then play favorites with who can go next, leaving me waiting in severe pain. When I made a complaint, both staff and customers were sarcastic and nasty about it. Very poor customer service compared to other locations I've been to. read more

Was shopping at Hobby Lobby tonight for fall and decor. Found a few cute pumpkins that I wanted to put on a shelf, but the backs were broken. I figured I could make it work but when I checked out I asked if they would take a little extra off since they were broken. The associate had to call the manager to ask. Not only would they not discount these broken and damaged items, they weren't even going to honor the 45% off fall decor. They seriously expected to me pay FULL price for broken and damaged merchandise...merchandise they will probably end up throwing away anyway bc nobody will buy it! Very poor customer experience! Won't be back!!! read more

A wide selection of frames, fabric, and home decor. If anything the selection is to wide walking around you often find your self saying who would want this! They have real sales not the cheap sales you are used to seeing when you do not even recognize your savings. I love this place. They have so many great things. From markers to decor, you have a wide range of choices. Last week, I purchased a beautiful peacock pin, and a small pink fuchsia colored charm from Hobby Lobby. I love them so much. I also found a pack of spectrum aqua floral markers priced at 29 dollars, which in my opinion are quite expensive for just one pack of markers. But other than that, Hobby Lobby is the number one place for me to purchase special little items just for me! If you are in Peru, definitely come here. You won't regret it. But I have to warn you - they have so many things it's hard to see everything! I definitely never got a chance to see everything, but I have the time to do it. read more

WARNING: Check your receipt. What you think you're getting on sale, you're probably not. Their prices are not in the computers and it's up to the checkout person to know whether it's on sale or not, and they do not usually know. I even took a photo with my iPhone of the sale item with the sale sign in front of it while it was on the shelf and the woman at the checkout still said the sign was wrong. I went back with the item and receipt a few days later and the manager said I was right, it was on sale when I bought it. I will not be going back for this reason and because the lines are always long, as there are not enough checkout lanes open. I like their stuff, just not the customer service. read more
